The Guide provided background information on the history and development of the pyramids. He managed the crowds so we spent very little time in lines. The Camell Ride was fun and Handler was a funny character.

It was a lovely boat trip with a wonderful meal. Staff was very accommodating and attentive. Highly recommend as the perfect way to send an evening.

Only because they canceled my time slot. They had good communication, and was enough in advance, very polite, offered options and everything, just unfortunate they canceled and only had very late time available.

Boat was cancelled for the day my tour was but since I left Egypt the next day l left the country so they organized a boat just for me

Unfortunately this was not the experience we were expecting based on the description. We arrived confused as the boat appeared to be booked for a private event for a child’s birthday party with party decorations all around the boat. We were told that this was the correct boat for our booking so we got on board. We were the only guests no a part of the private party of approximately 40-45 people, 3/4 of which were children under the age of 10. It was an awkward and uncomfortable experience to say the least as the guests continually looked at us confused, wondering why we were in their private event boat. We were completely ignored the 30 mins of the ride and we had to speak to the manager to get any service. The only reason this I am not giving a 1 is because the assistant manager upon recognizing the awkward situation went above and beyond to provide us the best service possible for the remainder of the cruise. It was disappointing that we provided feedback to the company upon request the next day and after sharing the poor experience, we never received any response. It’s very telling that they did nothing in response. They just want money and do not value the customer experience (excluding the assistant manager mentioned).
