The small champagne house experience was wonderful and educational. The large champagne house gives a competely other angle on the industry, also interesting but the small chanpagne house made this trip. The area was also beautiful and it was much apprecaited thatbthe guide stopped at 2 lookout points.

The day trip to Champagne was amazing and made even more special by our guide Frankie. My favorite part was visiting Pierre DOMI and taking the tour and tasting. Our host was fabulous and many bottles of champagne were purchased. Frankie was knowledgeable and engaging through each winery and would take any tour he leads!

Amazing experience from start to finish! Family and larger champagne producers were both fascinating. John was a knowledgeable and charismatic guide. Great option for solo travelers to enjoy a day trip and meet other people.

In the description, you'll see that you'll visit two wineries for a total of 6 glasses of champagne. What I didn't see was the visit to two stunning churches -- one that had hosted the coronation of all French kings. There was plenty of time to see the churches, ask lots of questions of the champagne makers, and see the inner workings of both wineries. And the glasses of champagne aren't small sips -- they are full glasses! If you are lucky enough to have Carlyle as your tour guide, you'll have a fabulous commentary along the way with stellar driving!

A lovely day into Champagne expertly and interestingly led by our guide Olivier . You will learn much about the region, its wine and its history . The Reims cathedral is worth a visit on its own.

Great day in Champagne region with Philippe learning all about the process of making champagne. The Notre Dame cathedral in Reims was also not to be missed.

Frankie made the day fun and educational. The vineyards were a great pick. A small family owned and operated business and a large cooperative business house. Frankie was very knowledgeable and spent time taking us to different spots that we might enjoy. I should say the champagne and guides were exceptional too!

Great day trip to champagne! Was one of my favorite experiences the entire trip — free time for lunch in Épernay was great. There are local spots to eat from recommendations of our guide. However you can also hit another champagne room at Moet & Chandon.
