Swarovski Crystal Worlds: Unforgettable Sparkle in Wattens

Well, the tour wasn’t anything like I was hoping or expecting. The grounds are beautiful and the park area is lovely. The showrooms under the mountain were interesting and I loved seeing how the crystals were used for movie props and in the fashion industry. What was disappointing was you really didn’t get any info on Swarovski and the company itself. Their process, where their crystals come from, their products that are in binoculars and their design and research. It left me knowing nothing about them as a company which was so disappointing. It’s your world headquarters and a perfect place to tell the whole world about all of your products and developments. You should be shouting about your innovations and instead we walked away feeling like we saw an art show followed by exiting through the gift shop.

For Swarovski consumers, I think it is a beautiful experience. I did not think it could be so fascinating: we arrived at the parking lot at 8.50 in the morning. The parking lot was empty. I was with my family: I think we are the only ones who opted for this experience but we stepped towards this experience. There were 2 other young people besides us and we were already a group. at 9 o'clock sharp it opened and we stepped inside the Svari ski story. We were immediately fascinated by everything we discovered. We went through all 16 exhibition halls and everything was special. Of course, we stopped at the end at the store where we did some shopping to end this wonderful visit. I invite all of you who pass through this fairyland to visit the place

honestly, straight waste of money. the prices are just ridiculous, we didn’t even spend an hour in the exhibition. way too many people and other tourists, but besides that the exhibition is just way too small and short for the prices, it has potential but it’s just disappointing really.

It was some nice art installations but overall not worth the hype. I booked 1 ticket plus crystal cocktail afterwards. It was not too crowded but the store at the end all was over 100euro a piece, I've been in Cz and other places have the same crystals. The cocktail was mediocre and the glass was boring. Nothing with bling on it. In the glass they tried to make an ice cube diamond which consumed the whole glass so not much cocktail to drink. Was located however in a beautiful landscape.

We visited Swarovski Kristallwelten and were greeted by the impressive Green Giant after buying our tickets. It was a marvelous sight. The venue was at about 85% guest capacity or more, so it was quite crowded inside. The displays were beautiful, shiny, and very interesting to see. The snow area was especially enjoyable. The gift shop was large, although it had an unpleasant smell. Outside, the Asian section was okay, and there was a performance taking place. Overall, it is a beautiful place worth visiting.

It’s a scam. It’s expensive, takes almost an hour to reach from Innsbruck central station to this place. Frequency of bus every 2 hours only. The bus is covered with stickers on the window so cannot take any pictures or video, the drive is scenic, that’s about it. The museum is a scam. It’s expensive. Not much too see. Inside there are plenty of rooms to explore, only 1-2 rooms have wow factor. The area is scenic, but no factory production you can watch, nothing. Don’t waste your time and money on it. It’s not worth it!! They have a giant retail store selling products more expensive than the store in Innsbruck, so in my opinion avoid this place. The toilets which are free and are very neat and clean that’s about it.

Great! Visited the museum in Wattens with the different rooms and themes, very impressive. The staff was very friendly. Also the outside area / garden was very nice and the program very good! Clear recommendation to visit!

Totally worth it!!! The installations really talk to your 5 senses! Over summer, they have thematic installations on the gardens and acts that will blow your mind!!! If your around, visit!

Excellent day. Fantastic displays of Swarovski crystals in numerous rooms. The artistry was magnificent! Outfits worn by Maddona, Marilyn Monroe , Elton John etc Highly recommended.

Swarovski Kristallwelten is a theme park about Swarovski crystals and it is located in the surroundings of Wattens, a little town in the Austrian Alps Region. I came here in the evening with my 8 years old daughter to walk around the park, which is wonderful. Here you can find some sightseeing points related to Swarovski: a fantastic waterfall, an exhibition about all types of objects with Swarovski crystals (includes the biggest crystal in the world), a games tower for children, a performance in the lake (very good show), a carousel and a labyrinth. Really, a fantastic place to come with children and crystal-lovers, because there is a big shop, where you can buy a lot of crystal figures.
