Difficult to see sites from starboard side of boat. Narration good but difficult to hear. There was a group of bachelorettes who were incredibly rude talking over the narrator.

Couldn’t ask for a more beautiful evening. The customer service was fantastic. I showed up for a 3:30 pm cruise and unfortunately it was cancelled due to mechanical issues. No problem though, I was rebooked on the 5:30 sunset cruise. The process was very efficient, the crew was delightful and very friendly. The narration was very informative and interesting. Loved the captains jokes!

This experience was cancelled 5 minutes before it was set to begin. Very disappointing but mechanical issues can’t be resolved quickly. Customer service was good and they will be issuing a refund.

Narration was interesting and informative. Duration was perfect; sights are great. Chairs are comfortable; snack bar is a good extra.

It is generally cooler by the water. Bring s sweater. Lots of great information friendly staff. Would recommended.

One of the best narrated cruises ever. Captain Travis captivates his listeners with a combination of deep knowledge, personal anecdotes, humor and quizzes. The audio was crystal clear. A great way to enjoy the sea and the offshore sites.

Great trip about the historical significance of Charleston and the surrounding area. Crew was very knowledgeable. They were also fun and entertaining.

- There is a flat pier out to the boat and the boarding ramp is about 30 feet long. Travelers will board on the top deck and there are stairs to the lower level. Restrooms are located on the top deck.

DAY OF TRAVEL Guests must check in with the customer service agents at our ticket kiosk located at the Charleston Maritime Center upon arrival. Please arrive 20-30 minutes ahead of scheduled tour time. Departure point: Charleston Maritime Center, 10 Wharfside Street, Charleston, SC 29401 PLEASE NOTE There is no parking at the Charleston Maritime Center. The closest parking to the Maritime Center will be in the SC Aquarium Parking Garage located at 24 Calhoun Street, just before the intersection of Concord Street. The Maritime Center is a short walk down Concord Street to Inspection Street and then towards the water. You will see the Carolina Belle as soon as you get past the International African American Museum and behind The Charleston Maritime Center. We highly encourage ride share through Uber or Lyft, which is readily available downtown or take a Bike Taxi. There is also a free downtown shuttle provided through Charleston Area Regional Transportation Authority (CARTA). This shuttle is called the DASH and the 210 route comes to the Aquarium.
