The sound system was a little quiet and. Found that I missed a lot of the commentary but what I did hear was great

Glad we did the tour, Don our driver/guide really made it for us, took time to explain every stop, he also added a bit of humour which added to our enjoyment. Really did learn a fair bit about the troubles.

Really interesting tour. The 1st part was pre-recorded and interesting. Then we got on a different bus driven by Don who did brilliant commentary and was very entertaining as well as giving us personal experience. I would definitely recommend.

I jumped on last minute and headed upstairs on the bus. Don was the guide and driver. A Scotsman with great sense of humour and deep knowledge of the North and the troubles of the past. The tour was ‘live’ unlike other open top tour buses I have taken in the past. Don kept us informed as we passed all the various landmarks with a short description on each. I thoroughly enjoyed the tour especially on the political side passing down Falls, Shankill and the Peace Wall. Don made my day which I did not expect from an open top tour bus. I had no idea Belfast had so much to offer. Highly recommended!!

Had checked for prices online before we travelled but were approached by 2 agents in the street from differing companies trying to flog their tours by undercutting each other. Neither price was as good as the one I'd found online. Eventually, we chose & were walked over to Reece ( the gaffrer) who gave us a 2-day ticket at the online price. They were a driver down on the day,so had to wait a while before we set off. John ( not sure on name) was really great & pointed us in the right direction to go for food & where to get off for the station the next day. The tour showed the many contrasting sights of Belfast, which we found very interesting. There were some fabulous grand old buildings and lots of just normal buildings which had their special part in Belfast's history.

I've done a few of these tours both in the uk, and new york. They are a brilliant way to explore a new city, especially if you are on foot or don't have a lot of time. This one takes around 90 mins if you stay on all the way around in one go. You can get on and off at different stops to have a look around if you want too. A day ticket was £20 so not too bad.
