Naples' Heartbeat: Express Panoramic City Bus Adventure

Do not plan to use the hop on hop off bus the days of the Naples Marathon. Buses did not start until 1430 which was after the marathon ended. We had to board of ship by 1730 so due to the marathon and long lines of customers we could not ride both routes. Could not cancel less than 24 hours before.

I didn't find that much value in Naples. There are only about 8 stops and we could have walked it. The audio translation cables are really inexpensive so half the time only one ear worked. The roof was on even though it was a really pleasant day so unless you were sitting right beside the side, you couldn't really see out. We have done HoHo tours in many cities but this city was really disappointing

It is within walking distance from the ship to the meeting point. Can choose night the red and blue. One is in town the other up the shoreline. Both about an hour. Earphones were great and had a choice of languages. 6 of seven stops on both lines and hardly anyone got off most took it the whole way. When you get off one line you can get on the other. Just a bit if a wait at the starting point. After completing you can walk to a few restaurants and souvenir shops. A great price and at the end of our cruise we didn’t want to walk so much so we just rode

Great tour around the city with really informative audio only hampered by the chaotic traffic. Beautiful buildings dating back centuries.

Parts of the tour were really good and very interesting, but other parts weren’t as enjoyable. The narration was hard to understand at times, which made it difficult to follow along. Unfortunately, the traffic was miserable, and it really slowed things down — the tour ended up feeling much longer than it needed to be because of all the delays.

The ticket includes the city and coast bus. The city stop #3 drops off by many restaurants and shopping

Stop 4 movement should be highlighted…..the blue line moves quicker than users would want meaning restricted time to soak in splendour of route.

For the cost, there are two routes to take. We did one route then hopped off at the terminus to go for refreshments and then hopped on another bus at the terminus again for the other route. Both routes are better seen from the top deck. Downside was that sometimes the guided pre-recorded commentary didn’t quite match where you was at that point but with the views did not disappoint really.

The experience was good, especially the changing over from the red/blue lines. Staff was very efficient.

Nice tour around naples you probably wouldn't see on foot and it takes you to a lovely viewing sight and stops for you to take a pictures
