4 stars because I didn’t get a chance to experience the actual service, but EXCEPTIONAL customer service behind it. Quick response and refund. If the actual service is as good as this then it’s most certainly worth giving a go. And I most certainly will try them again in the near future. Context: Flight landed a little early, I didn’t see anyone waiting when I got out so just opted for another service that was available. Sent a msg to say that, got a response soon after. Refund sorted almost immediately.

The driver was waiting right at the airport exit with a sign showing my name, which made it so easy to find him after our flight. The van was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the ride was smooth the entire way. My family and I felt safe and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone looking for reliable and stress-free airport transportation.

I had a last-minute trip scheduled for Kingston. It also included an early morning flight, which required a 4:30 am pick up from my hotel. Luckily, the Island Rides team was able to accommodate this request. The entire process was professional and I would recommend the team for any transport needs.
