Trolley tour was good. The app that tells you when the trolley should arrive at the stop was way off. 1-2 minutes meant 10, 7-11 meant 20+. Everything else was very good. Had a couple of different drivers that were funny and informative. Route covered everything we wanted to see. I wish we gave ourselves more time for some additional hop offs. Would definitely book them again.

We had Hugo as our driver for the hop on and off. We were a large family group which most of us are from Boston and taking our nephew from out of state to see Boston. It was nice to play tourist and Hugo was funny and knowledgeable. We enjoyed our ride even though the seats are so old they hurt your back.

Hugo was a great guide, very funny and knowledgeable. He made our tour enjoyable!!! He knows the city and gives a lot of information. We have lived here our whole lives and we were taking our nephew from Texas on a tour of Boston and this didn’t disappoint l. I highly recommend him.

We’ve lived in Boston for many years and recently we had family come from out of state and decided to take this tour as a nice way to get around the city! It was so cool! Hugo H (our driver on two legs of the route) was knowledgeable about Boston’s history and shared great stories and insights. He was engaging and hilarious and we had great laughs.

Traveled to Boston to see Holy Cross play @ Fenway with our Alumni Son. Very much enjoyed the trolley tour narrated by Joey. Joey was very knowledgeable and humorous. Thank you Joey and City View Trolleys

My friend and I only had one day to visit Boston, and the narrated trolly was just perfect for us. We chose the 9 stop and the guides were very knowledgeable and helpful. It's a great concept and I wish more cities would adopt the hop on hop off trolley experience.

Rick drove our trolley on tues 18th. Loved his satire. Love his old school realness. Had an amazing time. Need to appreciate the real ones while they're still around. Respect.

took my family into boston on sunday 11/16 /25 after a wedding in the area. we had a great time seeing the sites. the tour was fantastic and Hugo our driver was the best! he included our kids in the fun and really made the whole experience that much better!

Amazing and easy way to see Boston. Friendly staff! Great amount of stops and lots of information given throughout the rides. Hugo was an amazing and entertaining driver!
