The overall tour was informative and what was expected. The tour drivers had great humor and made the tour not only interesting but fun. However, the beginning of the tour was very confusing from the start. Found our way to the tour office. They did not explain appropriately about the different tour colors which only did some areas of Boston. Or that we would have to transfer at some point. Our understanding was that we would board one bus and stay on it for all 13 stops. Once we were on and did one loop and transfer, it was more clear. They break up the tour into geographic areas so if you are doing all 13 stops, and you board a bus that does a smaller tour, you have to change at some point. Hope that helps.

It was a disappointing experience riding the trolley today. The wait is more than the typical 20 minutes at some stops; I wait for more than 45 minutes. The transfer from one line to another took forever. I am not sure if it is a Monday problem; it shouldn't be. I will not recommend this experience. Boston is very walkable with a great public transportation system. I will not do this again.

5! Warm heated trolley in the winter. Great guides and very convenient hop on-off style for first time visitors to Boston! Narrators/guides were very friendly and helpful. Narration was interesting and entertaining. Definitely recommended!

Some of the trips were good. Silly you need to hop on and off three different busses which doesn’t make sense and you have to wait and guess times on the next ones.

It was a very good tour of the sights that made Boston historic. Next time we’ll dress warmer. Eighteen wonderful stops.

Every driver help me with my moms walker so awesome they knee what they were talking about n i had questions n they answered them n i also had questions where do i get on the next bus n hoe long will it come back fot us n was accurate

We love it so much they were very helpful to us with my dad who rides in a scooter an we see all the sights just riding the bus we hope to go back to explore more in the city .we also did the hop on and hop off in st Augustine FL I would recommend this to see what is in the town and see as much as you can.

A useful way to learn about Boston. It is also good to be able to get off the bus, if you so wish, at a stop that attracts you, and then jump onto the next one that comes along.

Really enjoyed our guides on this hop off hop on bus tour. We explored two of the three routes. Really enjoyed learning about the history of Boston.
