It was one of the most memorable experiences of my life. Getting the opportunity to see Angkor Wat is truly a blessing and that wound not have been possible without my great tour guide and driver Pal and Keao. They both did a fantastic job and I felt safe and informed 100% of the way. 1. Informative tour with guide explaining and providing many info without which you would be just looking at the temples without any context. 2. We saw three temples. Sunrise over Angkor wat, followed by inside of Angkor wat. Then Ta Prohm and last the baton temples. After the first temple, there was a half an hour break for breakfast. You are allowed to carry breakfast from hotel. 3. Guide Sak and driver kea took good care of us. 4. My suggestion would be to definitely take a guide for these temples and journey Cambodia certainly is a good bet.

Guide Sok Chea with driver Mao give us great impressions, very polite, and explanations at place, voice is soft and pronunciation is very convenient, very accurate on historical facts. Withy wife we liked very much. Pls go in a small group. Service was great - with cold towels and cold water. Mao waits at right place and gives a help, safe driving. Sok Chea is professional photographer - knows my mobile functions much better than me.

The guide I had was very good, but the experience was a bit of a struggle. Two people canceled joining the tour, but only after we had already showed up at their hotel for a 4:30am pickup. Sucks, but oh well. However, the other person on my tour told both me and the guide that he was out all night drinking and hadn't slept. He also had an ankle injury which meant he couldn't walk far at all. He never should have been allowed on the tour, as it had an impact on other paying customers' ability to 1) enjoy the tour without dealing with a drunk and 2) getting to see everything without having to deal with someone with a pre-existing injury who wasn't able to handle the basic tour functions. I also wouldn't recommend the sunrise tour if it's rainy season. There's not much special to see during sunrise if it's cloudy. The only benefit to the early trip is that you can avoid some more heat later in the day.

A great tour with fantastic insights into the cultural and historical significance of Cambodia's past and present given by our learned tour guide, Sak. His English was clear and understandable and he also made himself available for a last minute ad hoc private hire tour. Our driver, Sambath was kind, experienced and tentive. We felt safe on the roads with him driving. Would definitely recommend!
