Ultimate Jamaica VIP: Fast-Track Entry & Luxury Lounge Escape

We were there finally getting out after Hurricane Melissa. Although the airport was not fully functional Club Mobay was open and accommodating! God bless the Jamaican people!

Club Mobay was amazing. Given the devastation from hurricane melissa I did not think it would be up and running so quickly but it was and it was a welcome relief. The staff were excellent, the food was excellent, the facility was excellent. Renovations are great. Thank you for having several vegan options at the buffet! Thank you to all the Jamaicans that made our visit so memorable in the face of such loss. We are praying for all of you.

My family and I used club mobay after being stuck in Jamaica after hurricane Melissa. It was the best decision we made that while trip. The airport didn’t have electric but club mobay did. It was 90 degrees outside and probably 105 degrees inside but club mobay also had air conditioning. Also they had food, drinks and most importantly clean bathrooms with running water. Club mobay is worth it, I will never travel to Jamaica without it again.

With all the travel drama involving Hurricane Melissa. Very thankful we had Club Mobay departure service when we left November 3. They had A/C, food and lots of smiles even though they are experiencing their own challenges with this horrific storm.

I want to take a moment to recognize the wonderful woman who assisted me when I arrived in Montego Bay on October 17, 2025, at around 1:30–1:45 p.m., coming in on flight CUXF80 from Baltimore, Maryland. From the moment I was greeted, she was warm, professional, and attentive — the kind of person who immediately puts you at ease after a long flight. She went above and beyond to ensure that everything went smoothly and made me feel genuinely welcomed. I believe her name may have been Iris, but please forgive me if that’s not correct. Even without being certain of her name, I’ll always remember her kindness and the excellent service she provided. I also understand that her family has been affected by the aftermath of Hurricane Melissa, and I just want to extend my heartfelt thoughts and best wishes to her and her loved ones during this time.

A friend encouraged us to book the service for our trip and mislead us on the transportation part. We thought transportation was included, however the staff assisted us in obtaining transportation upon our arrival. Our return was amazing as the VIP lounge was gorgeous, staff greeted us with a cheerful smile and sat us immediately. Buffet, bar and beverage service were awesome, we definitely felt that VIP guests. The best part is our flight was cancelled due to maintenance and we had to travel home the next day. Club Mobay honored our reservation for the next day as well. Next time we travel to Montego Bay or Kingston we will definitely use this service again!

They met us as soon as we got off the plane, we had an issue going through immigration and they were able to help us quickly solve it and get us in our way. Highly recommend!!

Worth every penny! The staff is excellent and make it a great experience. Ir is great to get to Mobay and quickly go through the airport processes and then starting my vacation with some great snacks and most importantly RUM PUNCH! On our departure it is great to have expediated security and have a relaxing space to wait for our flight. The food buffet always has great sections.

The lady that helped us was very friendly; the whole process was very smooth! It was great to bypass a LOT of the congestion of the customs area.

I purchased Club Mobay at MBJ airport in Jamaica. It was definitely worth the money on our departing trip. There is a designated lane to get through TSA and it was faster than the other lane for those w/o Mobay. The Club Mobay lounge is big and has a lot of seating. We had a reserved table and had enough time before our flight home to order two cocktails (they have a full bar) and take advantage of the buffet. The buffet had a nice variety of foods to choose from (green salad, beef patties, tiny chicken salad sandwiches, pasta salad, some sort of hot fish dish and many other items) as well as desserts. The food was very tasty. It was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of the airport and relax with a cold martini! They have announcements that can clearly be heard while in the lounge, so that you won't miss your flight. Everyone was super friendly and our server brought us a round 2 of cocktails without us even asking! Can't beat that. On our incoming flight, the attendant that met us right after we got off the plane was friendly and amazing. She made sure we got through customs quickly, we got our bags so fast I didn't even realize it and she immediately directed us to our shuttle service so our bags could be held while we enjoyed the lounge. The lounge itself is slightly disappointing. It was not what I expected. It is quite small with few seats. There is a tiny bathroom (unisex). We were welcomed with rum punch which was excellent and our server was very nice. They had a menu of food options. The server is apparently also the chef, as he told us whatever we wanted to eat just let him know and he'd cook it for us. Unfortunately, we had just enough time to drink one rum punch and get one "to go" and had no time to eat since our shuttle to Sandals was ready to whisk us off to paradise. In short, I might not do Club Mobay for the incoming flight, although, it was very convenient to have a personal assistant to walk us through everything, it wasn't busy enough to really be an advantage. On busy days it would be more worth it. I will definitely do Club Mobay on the flight home, however, as there is a lot of downtime and, well....full bar and food! The cost far outweighs the price for airport food and is worth to me.
