I highly recommend this experience! Our tour guide Pon was amazing and made our tour so fun and insightful. Definitely do the extra forest trip in the local canoes - amazing experience! This is a must do if you are visiting g Siem Reap.

Pick up was timely and communication was simple and easy. I booked the same day and was able to get on without any issues. Pon (our guide) made every effort to communicate various details about the area we were visiting, the people there, the way of life, etc. He made himself available for any questions any of us may have had. He offered to take photos for everyone and even share them with us after. I would suggest wearing shorts or pants so that it's easy to get on and off the boat. Sneakers are fine, as there were no chances of feet getting wet. The canoe ride was very peaceful and lovely. As a solo person, I was paired with another solo person, as it's two people per small boat. Maybe don't drink too much to avoid having to use the restroom (there are restrooms available though). We had a beautiful sunset

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. I was picked up by the bus from my hotel, which made it very convenient. During the ride to the village, my tour guide, Pon, was super informative by teaching us about the Tonle Sap's ecosystem. When we got to the village, I had the opportunity to go on the canoe ride through the mangrove forests, which was the highlight of my trip. We watched the sunset before getting dropped off. I would highly recommend adding this activity to your trip!
