Javed was a wonderful guide who gave us an amazingly insightful overview of life in Dharavi. Experiencing life for 1 million people living in a very limited space will be impossible to describe to friends & family at home.

Visiting Dharavi was one of the most eye-opening experiences I’ve had in India. What many people imagine as a place of poverty turned out to be a vibrant, self-sustaining community full of energy, skill, and entrepreneurship.

Sabina was an excellent guide who explained to us the situation, conditions and also the opportunities of the people living here. A project worthy of support. Great experience, we learned a lot. And we didn't feel like intruders.

We were shown a nice and respectful tour with attention paid to both commercial and family life aspects of the area. On top of that, 80 percent of the tour fee is given back to education of kids in the slum.
