Private Negril Sunset & Beach Bliss: Rick's Cafe Escape

We had the best time in Jamaica and Nigel tour was the only tour we wanted to do. Mrs Kayane or Mrs K was our tour guide and she was amazing. Very professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and very nice. She didn’t make us feel rushed at all. She made sure we put a check mark on everything we had on our list to do that day. When we come back to Jamaica, we will definitely book with Nigel tour again and I recommend you do too. You won’t regret it.

We made last-minute plans to do this day trip to Negril from Montego Bay. I reached out to the contact person and they quickly made it possible for us to be added in on a trip. It was fabulous! We saw the countryside and went through different parishes and learned about the culture and the people. The seven mile beach had clear, beautiful blue water and white sand. We then went to Rick‘s Café to watch the cliff divers jump from 100 feet platforms into the crystal blue water. It was beautiful! So glad we took this tour. Lorna was fantastic! We will go again!

Mightens Tour treated us well. Our driver, Lorna, was fantastic! She encouraged us to talk and ask questions and let her know if we needed anything. She engaged with us, getting to know where we were from and our lives. She talked about the different Parishes as we passed through them and she answered our questions. She was very knowledgeable about the culture and history of Jamaica. We greatly enjoyed our trip and traveling with Lorna as our guide. Iconic Rick’s Cafe was so amazing! From the vibe, food, drinks, live music, and watching the magnificent cliff divers. Simply jaw dropping! 7-mile beach with its multiple colors of clear, blue water, and the soft, white sand was so beautiful! The entire day was relaxing! Thanks, Lorna, for making our trip fun and enjoyable!

This tour was top notch! Our tour guide Nigel was extremely kind and very professional. We booked a full day tour to Negril from Montego Bay and it was everything we expected and more!

Definitely worth going. For the Adventurers they have a 35 foot cliff, 25 ft cliff, and 10ft cliff to jump off of. For the non-thrill seekers they have an observation deck, and a cafe with bar to soak in the beautiful views of the ocean. We loved it and would definitely go again

A fantastic trip to 7 mile beach and Rick’s cafe. Nigel communicated beforehand and turned up on time. We were a family of three, myself and two teens. His can is modern with aircon and seatbelts that worked. He drove well taking us via a Patti shop and a fort. He then organised for us to go to a hotel / restaurant where there was an excellent pool, bar and restaurant. We were well looked after. The beach of course is stunning and we were offered massages, boating and snorkelling. It was calm and we didn’t feel under any pressure. After 4 hours we drove on to Rick’s cafe and watched the cliff divers and joined in. An excellent low key way to do one of jamaicas best attractions.

Nigel was so professional it was my husband first time and he gave him a culture tour and we went bamboo rafting and jumped in the beautiful glowing water. We all felt safe and Nigel knew what he was doing.

Nigel made the tour fun and light hearted the whole time. He knows how to get around and helped us do several activities in one day.

OUR ALL-DAY TOUR TO NEGRIL WITH NIGEL WAS NOTHING SHORT OF AMAZING! FROM START TO FINISH, HE MADE SURE WE HAD THE BEST EXPERIENCE. WE STOPPED AT FORT CHARLOTTE AND GOT A GREAT HISTORY LESSON BEFORE HEADING TO TREE HOUSE BEACH—ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! THE WATER WAS PERFECT, AND WE ENJOYED SOME FIRE JERK CHICKEN AND STEAMED RED SNAPPER. PARASAILING OVER THE OCEAN WAS NEXT-LEVEL, AND WE EVEN HAD TIME TO JUST KICK BACK AND RELAX ON THE BEACH. THEN, WE WRAPPED UP THE DAY AT RICK’S CAFÉ—WHAT A VIBE! THE MUSIC, THE ENERGY, THE VIEWS—PURE PERFECTION. NIGEL WAS BEYOND AMAZING AND MADE SURE WE GOT THE FULL NEGRIL EXPERIENCE.
