Yuty was a very attentive guide. He provided a great amount of information about each of the stops. He took time to check in with everyone on the tour at each stop, which made it feel more personalized. He provided recommendations for additional sights to visit based on our interests. He was also very funny, which kept us entertained all day! Thanks for a great day, Yuty!

Tokyo has so much to do and see, but this tour made it simple to get to see some of the best/most iconic places in one day. Our tour guide, Hiro made it so much better, he is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

Hiro was an excellent guide- very informative, courteous and prompt! We learned a lot of history as well as quite a bit of the contemporary culture that is unique to Japan. He was funny too! Our driver, Kaneko-San, was experienced and we had a very smooth ride. The lunch was delicious and substantial and included a matcha experience- wonderful matcha gelato! This tour packed so much into the day and we highly recommend it!!

Excellent tour guide. One of the best. Very detailed and thoughtful. Took care of our every need. Gave us excellent stories and history of Tokyo. Forever, Kenoku, was also excellent. Very skillful and safe driver.

Hiro was our tour guide for this full day bus tour. He did an excellent job explaining the different sites visited. He provided background information and other historical details especially The religious details. He even helped with recommendations for restaurants and shopping stores on various items. The driver, Kameko, was a very good and safe in taking us to the different locations. Hiro and his team made this a memorable tour.

Initial pickup at Ginza was confusing with several other tours at same time. We got mixed information and ended up on wrong bus. Then after getting on right bus still had to transfer to other bus at second pickup. Please improve this process. Also, even if informed at purchase, be aware that there is no end drop-off att Ginza. Once tour started it was great and good value with many experiences. Especially the guide Levin that had great humour and served many interesting tidbits about japanese society. He deserves a raise.

My wife and I had a great day with our tour guide Hiro and driver Kane Kosan! He's very knowledgeable with his Japan history and passiinate. Very enjoyable tour, even with a little rain today, and highly recommend.

Levin is a wonderful tour guide for the Tokyo bus tour! There was a lot to see and experience around Tokyo on the tour. Highly recommend the lunch option on the tour.

Leven is the best tour guide, he is funny, responsible and took really good care of us and made our trip extremely memorable, I think he should get a raise ;)

- Public transportation options are available nearby
- Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
- Suitable for all physical fitness levels
- Audio guide is available in English, Spanish, French, Italian, Germany, Portuguese, Ukrainan
- Itinerary order is subject to change depending on traffic, weather, and operation.
- If any of the visiting places is closed, we will try to attend an alternative place.
- The lunch/restaurant may change due to operational reasons.
- We do not supply any extra drop off service.
- When booking, please indicate the number of customers requesting vegetarian meals or gluten-free meals.
- Main Meals: A set meal with Japanese fried chicken and Tofu. No pork, no seafood but please note that Miso soup contains fish stock. No nuts, no crustaceans but anyone who has a serious allergy, please book the tour without lunch.
- Gluten-free Meals: A meal with grilled chicken, rice, miso soup and tofu.
- Muslim-friendly meals, Allergy-friendly meals, lactose-free meals, etc. are not available. Please book the tour without lunch.
- Customers who need each options will be charged more for changes on the day, therefore please select with lunch option in advance
- Sometimes cruise can be suspended due to high tide or techinical maintenance. In that case, we visit alternative place (Hamarikyu-Garden or Fukagawa museum) so we do not visit Odaiba.Refund will not be given for this case.
- Please let us know your booking numbers and total number of people before the tour if you have several bookings or if you have booked separatly.
- Due to the weather conditions, traffic conditions, or suspension of operation, we may have a possibility not to achieve all the activities. The tour will be attending to alternative place or giving ou t a gift as a compensation depending on a situation at that time. Refunds will not be given for these changes.
- If you are late for the tour start time, you will not be able to join the tour mid-way.
- Please handle the loading and unloading of your luggage from the trunk yourself. (Including wheelchairs, stroller etc..)
- Matcha store will be closed on May 14th, so we will be giving out matcha souvenirs as Matcha experience.
