Slightly disappointed as a lot of the facilities were closed. Main swimming pool and saunas etc Staff were abrupt and not helpful. Very overcrowded I’m glad I went as I’m sure it was great in its day! The open outdoor pools that were open were lovely. I especially enjoyed the whirlpool which was great fun. Next time I’d go to a less well known option.

This was wonderful. Exactly as pictured and a very nice experience. I liked the optional pools for socializing, swimming or having playful areas of waterfalls and fast current circles, etc. FUN

A visit to this thermal bath was part of an optional package as part of the Viking Riverboat cruise. Along with other reviews, bringing your own towel, flip-flops, robe, water, etc is a good idea. Unsure.if shampoo or any soaps arenallowed, but those are not provided in the many showering areas that are available. Our visit included a changing "cabin" (small dressing and storage area), to which only the person having rented the space has access. One area on property is clothing optional. Multiple inside pools inside of differing temperatures, including sauna and cold water plunge. Massive outdoor pool. Certain times of year are considered peak times, including the week that we were here (October 24th), which coincided with a national holiday on 10/23. This is a classic, very old but well maintained historic and architecturally interesting site. If a visitor is prepped right, this can be an enjoyable experience. Reason for 4 Star rating - we didn't feel particularly welcomed, but didn't expect to be pampered by the staff either.

Nice morning spent here. Lots of different pools and saunas at different temps to suit everyone. Remember to bring youre own towel as you have to buy one for £15 otherwise as they dont do rentals.

The main baths were lovely, busy but not too crowded. However, the ticket included tastings at a gastrocellar in a different location. We never found it; no one seemed to know its location - workers, Uber drivers. Therefore, we lost half of our ticket value.

We went fairly out of season in late October - it was still very busy when we went. Not sure if there’s a way around it especially if you’re going on the weekend. We also didn’t realise until we got there (even though it’s mentioned in the description!) that the drink is actually not near the baths at all and basically seems like an advert for some place in the city centre. Also: make sure you bring your own towel and flip flops! They check before you go in, and you will have to pay for extras if you don’t have them. We remembered to bring towels but not flip flops and they were about 13 euros each. The pools are not super clean and everywhere just feels a bit dirty. Some pools had no one in because the water was too green. The cabins were nice though and the sauna and cold plunge was good (if again, really busy). I’d try another bath if I was coming back here.

Can be crowded. Take a towel as you will have to buy one, no rentals. Clean and everyone spoke English

We booked to go on Monday 13th of October as website stated work on the pools would be completed by this date to find one of main outdoor pools still out of action. This left everyone crammed in just one main pool outdoors. Very disappointed as it was too busy as a result. No discount on price either which there should have been,if half of it was closed.

These thermal baths are very picturesque with the buildings, and features! As we first arrived there was no queue and we headed straight in! However .. we paid extra for a cabin. When we got there and were showed to the cabins - they are very small, dark, old cubicles. There were no lights and you need one each! When we were there one side of the outdoor thermal pools was under maintenance and closed which meant that the other side was busier. The outdoor thermal pool and the sauna were the nicest. We did try the indoor thermal pools however these seemed quite dirty.

This was a ldisappointing. The only highlight was the outdoor thermal pool although full to the brim it was nice and warm, other than that all the indoor pools looked dirty. Whole place was overcrowded and in need of some refurbishment. Half of the outdoor pool was closed and empty and staff were quite unhelpful with no clear instructions when you enter.
