Hoi An: Master Eco-Cooking, Basket Boat & Crab Fishing

We had such an awesome time here! Because it was low season, me and my friends were the only ones in the group. The tour guide and the chef were so kind, and funny and made the entire experience so fun. Would def recommend

We had a great time on this tour! We were taken to the market in the morning to pick up some fresh produce for the dishes we would be making later. The bamboo basket boat rides were fun, we even caught a couple of crabs! The cooking class itself was fabulous - Chef Tam was very patient and we really enjoyed learning how to cook each dish. They were all delicious!

It was a very interesting cooking experience. Chef Tam explained everything we were doing and told us the history of the preparation.The guide, An, was very friendly and sweet, showed us the market and we took a ride on an authentic Vietnamese boat together. We couldn't catch the crab, it was smarter than us 😅Thank you so much for this journey 🫶🏼

Fabulous day out. You are pickled up at your hotel and go to the local food market, the go to the country and have a ride on a coconut boat. A was our guide abs he was fabulous. Very accommodating and good company. He is lovely. After this we went to a local venue for the cooking class. Tan was our chef and he was amazing! He is very experienced and worked in many large hotels. He makes his own recipes and shared them with us too. We cooked 5 dishes and all were very easy as he guided us through step by step. The food was delicious.

I had the best day with Tang!! Got lucky and booked last minute and got to experience the tour solo one on one! The day was easy from start to finish, with collection at my accommodation and then straight to the market for ingredients. Food was stellar, I have been travelling Vietnam for almost four weeks now and I got to try food that I hadn’t come across yet. Would highly recommend for a fun and easy afternoon in Hoi An ☺️

tam was very kind and knowledgeable when it came to cooking. did not catch any crabs when crab fishing but it was still fun. the food was good

This was THE BEST! Through happenstance, I was the only one on the tour so personal tour! Ag (Michael for nickname) was my tour guide and Tam was the chef. Tam has over 15 years experience as a chef at many very fancy hotels and both the food and the presentation was 4 stars! Ag was incredible too. Born here he is a a true local and his patience and local knowledge was impressive. He took me on a tour of the market for the fresh ingredients we cooked with. The bamboo boat ride and crab fishing was SO FUN! I can't remember our Captain's name but she was hilarious and we sang songs as we paddled. The whole day was incredible and so special. Cannot recommend enough!

I went here with my family and friends and had a great experience with Tom and his family. The food was great and fun to make. Highly recommend to anyone!
