This tour has plenty of good reviews and nothing I write here should reflect adversely on Michael. He did his allotted task very well and with humour. The fact is Michael could have done his interesting talk in a classroom rather than on a bus. The bus simply visited a renamed old theatre where we listened to more of the overall story out in the cold rather than the warmth of the bus and the second stop at an eaterie that we could easily have walked to. It may be a cultural thing, I am British, but I had expected far more of a tour of old gangster haunts/ prohibition breaking locations, residential areas etc. What we received was a lecture where the bus was an incidental feature,. Sorry but I cannot recommend this tour.

I was here visiting a friend for the weekend and this was an awesome experience. Our guide, Mike, was very fun and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a way to dive into some Chicago crime history.

Overall a great tour - then tier guide was hilarious, bus was comfortable and the couple stops we took were really cool. I would do this again

Great narration on time. Tour guide was fun and knew her facts Very entertaining and proud of her city and it’s not so great history but in a positive way

Brilliant tour into the dark and sordid history of Mobland Chicago. Jay, the tour guide was very knowledgeable, passionate and funny and made the tour very enjoyable! A great way to explore Chicago and stay out of the cold in the comfortable, heated bus. Highly recommend!

Excellent and well paced tour. Guide was very informative and helpful. She had many interesting facts and some good humor to go along with the tour.

- Bus departs on time. Arrive at least 15 minutes early for check-in. If you don't see the bus 10 minutes before the start time, call the number indicated in your ticket for help.
- Guests may not join the tour after the bus departs. General seating is on a first-come first-served basis. Joint seating is not guaranteed.
- No restroom breaks. Please go before checking in at the bus.
