Would not book again. Our tour operator, Elisa, was very rude and rather aggressive. When people asked questions she would publicly embarrass them for asking and insist that she was already going to cover what the questions asked. Only, she didnt half the time. She never actually said the answers to those questions. She acted like people were idiots over some questions as well, like the information should be obvious. She also completely skipped over the gift shop and didnt give people a chance to check it out, as well as escorting us off the site before ending the tour. In previous tours I have been to in Europe, they end the tour while still inside the site, that way you can explore more for yourself afterwards. She didnt even give us that option, so we could have a chance to see more things. She didnt show us the entirety of the site, so I feel that my ticket was overpriced for my experience.

The tour guide was excellent and advised each participant that the tour would only cover the major highlights of Pompeii. Our guide was fantastic, and I recommend this tour for anyone short on time but wants to learn something about Pompeii!

Great overall trip that touches on the major points to see and hear about. Our guide was very knowledgeable and easy to interact with. Recommended for someone who wants a half day trip!

Pompeii was really cool to see other than that our pickup was 1 hour late and we lost some time on our tour

We enjoyed it very much. Tour guide did a great job. Two negatives: 1. There were close to 30 people on tour which limited what we saw. 2. Several people on our bus were picked up outside of Sorrento which made the drive to Pompei about 1.5 hours.

We were here 17 years ago and Pompeii has amazing updates. Our guide was excellent. Smooth, even though our Sunday tour was extremely crowded.

This tour made it very easy for us by picking us up at our hotel. At Pompeii it was a little hectic meeting up with the guide ( so many people there). Seeing the ruins and learning what actually happened there was very interesting. Mike, our guide, made it fun presenting all the information in a easy and sometimes funny manor,but I feel that thirty-two people was too many for the tour. If you were at the back of the pack you could lose contact with the headset sometimes and I didn't have time for some of the pictures I wanted to take. Overall though it was well worth the trip.

What a great experience. Our guide was so good and even funny. She answered everyone’s questions and made the tour so interesting.

It's hard to come to Sorrento and not see Pompeii. The tour and the guide were both good. While I couldn't absorb the wealth of information and the size of what has been uncovered so far, it is a must see. The tour length was good, but I feel I needed a lot more time to fully taken in everything we saw.
