We had an incredible day exploring Mt. Fuji and Hakone! The bus was clean, comfortable, and the guide was friendly and knowledgeable. We usually travel around Japan with Karvaan Tours Japan, and this experience was just as smooth and well-organized. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a luxury yet relaxing trip around Fuji!

Excellent day tour of Mt Fuji, Hakone and Lake Ashi. Our guide Kazu was very knowledgeable about the sites and made the tour a fun experience. Enjoyed the lunch buffet as well. I liked being able to take the Shinkansen back instead of the bus 👍🏼

Our tour guide Momo was excellent.Visiting Mount Fuji was an amazing experience. I would recommend this trip to everyone.

Wonderful day trip to Mount Fuji, cable cart and cruise on the lake. Yuti is an excellent guide, super organized, and super fun. He sang karaoke Japanese songs, and we had a lot of fun. He was super helpful with helping us with what to do in Kyoto and Osaka, and also helped us get back to our hotel.

Kazu was informative, funny, and a real joy - especially for the long ride! We all enjoyed the spectacular views from the bus, cable cars, the ferry, and various stop points!
