Julia was amazing, refreshing, knowledgeable and friendly. Tour started on time. Julia offered extensive detail and provided plenty of time for questions and provided good answers.

It is a great experience which requires a lot of walking but very informative. We covered a lot of ground an incredible history

All brilliantly done. An excellent Italian guide with great knowledge and good English. The usual radios and earpieces so we could hear him. The Colosseum is everything it’s cracked up to be but walking through the Forum in the subsequent part of the tour is incredible too - including some amazing views.

This tour was the perfect combination of interactive and educational. It was breathtaking to step out on the coliseum floor. I experienced a feeling of awe, inspiration, sadness and pride in humanity to witness this historical monument. . Our guide Gigi was not only archaeologically knowlegeable, his humor and insight connected the past to our everyday lives. A must do!

Very informative tour in and around the coliseum and forum. Access the crowds don’t get. Very informative and nice guide who brought the period to life.

What a wonderful tour. Our tour guide Angela was so excited and knowledgeable about her subject she was bursting with energy. The colosseum was amazing from the inside. The floor was amazing to see. It gives you a real sense of scale. There is an elevator to reach the second level which really helped me. When we left there we went to Palatine Hill. Beautiful place and again the scale was amazing. I would recommend this tour to anyone.

What a great tour! Julia was very knowledgeable and you can tell she really enjoys what she does. There was a decent amount of walking, but it doesn't feel rushed at all. She takes time to answer questions and knows the best 'photo op' spots. We had a great time. Starts at the Colloseum, ends at the Roman Forum.

Nicola was an excellent and knowledgeable tour guide with lots of insights, unique perspective and good story telling.
- Public transportation options are available nearby
- Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
- Unfortunately due to the nature of this tour it is not suitable for guests with mobility impairments or with wheelchairs, or strollers.
- This is a walking tour. Guests should be able to walk at a moderate pace without difficulty.
