Visited this morning with partner and child. Started off well but our little boy became grizzly. Guide just started raising voice which in turn made him more distressed. I felt like we couldn’t continue the third room so ended up missing out on the tasting. No offer of trying after the group departed, just ignored by the guide. Feel this is a place that does not really accommodate families unlike other places we’ve visited in Dublin

Was a great experience. Enthusiastic tour guide brings it to life! Great in accommodating less mobile and provided a wheelchair

The experience was not very great. While the guide was excellent the video that was played and the smelling experience after were boring, uninteresting, and didn’t feel worth the fee. Would have liked to hear more history or see more of the distillery. Felt like something I could have caught on YouTube

We really loved the tour. It was interactive and different to other experiences we had tried. Our tour guide Paddy was lovely & very knowledgeable.

The best tour I’ve ever done. Not even joking James is the best tour guide I’ve ever seen. So knowledgeable and passionate and probably the best presenter I’ve ever seen.

Good to visit, very informative bringing the story of Jameson whiskey to life. James the guide was an entertaining deliverer which added to the experience. The bad facilities after the visit was also a great experience.
