Alun is one of the most educated, personable and well rounded tour guide I’ve ever experienced. We were a few minutes late due to a cab issue and he not only responded to us in the app immediately, he waited for us(as long as he could). He keeps his groups smaller to keep it more informative and personable throughout the entire tour. He is with you from the very beginning at the meeting point, all the way back to the where we started. His dialogue throughout the tour blew my mind. He knew so much and answered everyone’s questions. I wish that he did more tour types because I’d take them all. Highly recommend this tour, with Alun for EVERYONE interested in this tour location. Our guide was brilliant. Very knowledgeable about the history of the war and the site. He gave us in depth insights but also allocated time for us to explore on our own through the museum as well.
