Great walking tour. The pace was just right. Aileen shared lots of interesting modern and older bits history about Munich as we walked around and by many locations. At the end, she was able to offer directions to various places we wanted to visit. We did this on our first day here and were able to revisit the places which we wanted to delve into further

Super tour with Mark who showed us all the highlights in a concise two-hour window, was friendly and jovial throughout, and gave me some tips for furthering my own research after the walk.

A well done tour of Old Town Munich. The information obtained was valuable for the rest of our stay. We would recommend it to others.

Ana was an EXCELLENT guide. She was very engaging and knowledgeable about Munich and her family has been there for generations. She talked about the history of Munich and how her family was a part of it. I really enjoyed it and encourage anyone coming to this fantastic city to take this tour.

We had an enjoyable tour with our tour guide Patrick. This was a great way to cover most of the important buildings in the central area of the Munich Altstadt. There is so much history here and I appreciated hearing stories from these eras - Middle Ages through to the present. We got to go inside three of the main churches briefly to admire and compare the different styles (Gothic, Baroque, Renaissance). We were also given recommendations for places to eat. We also watched the 11am Glockenspiel show. It's a great way to get orientated to Munich and learn some more about all the buildings. My favourite was the Theatinerkirche!

Patrick was absolutely superb! He guided us through the historical aspects of Munich in with just the right amount of detail. He had a refreshing sense of humor that would periodically surface! His explanations of the architecture added to the overall understanding of the City of Munich. We highly recommend Patrick to future travelers!

Our guide Patrick was terrific. Warm, knowledgeable, and entertaining. He knows all about the city, its history, architecture and art, and its customs. We’ve done walking tours of several other cities as a way to get our bearings when we arrive in a new place, and Patrick’s tour of Old Munich ranks among the best. He also gave us some helpful recommendations for restaurants, beer halls, and sites to visit. Thank you!

Very good tour of Munich's old town that covered the main sights. Our guide was Maria was excellent, providing the right level of information without overwhelming with details. While the tour does enter into many of the sights (which we did later on our own), it did provide a good orientation to the history of Munich and the old town.

Great tour — Mark had a lot of information and told us the history in a very engaging manner. Seriously, I've been touring for 10 days now, and I didn't think I could fit one more fact in my head. I was actually planning on leaving the tour early because I'm so tired, but he kept my interest to the very end! Loved the overview of the history of Germany, told through different places that we were visiting along the way.
