This is such an interesting experience that has four major parts to it and each quite different. It starts with lots of background history and ends with some very moving exhibits. Sounds play a large part in the overall storytelling and I thought it was very impressive. We spoke to Sean and Sheila in depth and they had so many fascinating facts that added to the experience. There is a lot to take in and I think you could go a few times and still have more to see. We went at the end of February and it wasn't overly busy so you could see everything easily.

Firstly, it wasn't all bad - the information on offer was fantastic, without a doubt a lot of effort has gone into building, designing and gathering information to put into this museum. The content of the displays were great. Unfortunately the sheer volume of people they had let in at one time was horrendous, for our first hour of being in there you could barely move, it was clear they had let way too many people in at the wrong time, I have never been in a museum where I've felt so overstimulated. I don't think the layout helped, a lot of the exhibition text was placed in walkways, I don't know who thought it would be a good idea but nobody could move because everyone was queuing to get into a room because the information was literally on the entrance or exit - a really stupid place to put it. The noise was unbearable, it was more than standard 'busyness'. As you walk round before the ride there are speakers playing noises and it was so loud we couldn't hear ourselves think. The ride was good, and after that part of the museum it seemed to open out more and the flow felt better. Less noise, more space, it was a completely different experience. We considered leaving within that first hour but we had wanted to come here for ages so we persevered, by the end it was better but I wouldn't go back and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. We were there maybe 2 hours but that was due to the volume of people, you don't need that long and it's probably not worth £25.

Most of the interactive exhibits were commanded by kids and their parents. Sadly pressing the buttons constantly so unable to be appreciated. The queue for the cable car was over 25mins so staff advising to walk around. Paid in advance. Only took 50mins, not 2hrs.

As a person who is already quite fascinated with the Titanic, this was the greatest museum in my life! Each gallery in the museum perfectly illustrates the building of the ship, the sinking, the discovery, all so well. The discovery tour we also went on was amazing. Our guide was quite nice and added more to my Titanic knowledge. This museum is also amazing for a couple of other reasons. All the books I read about the Titanic usually don’t mention Belfast until the construction on the ship begins. This museum focuses in on Belfast. If almost every book out there mentions the White Star Line and not Belfast, then the only thing you have to highlight is Belfast. I read every single word in the museum and every single cent paid was worth it. The SS Nomadic at the museum is stunning. It is amazing that this ship, which is over a hundred years old, has been restored to its former glory. The inside of the boat is amazing. I didn’t get to go onto the deck because it was raining but I knew a couple things you could do on the deck. You can actually turn the steering wheel and you can see how big the funnel was. The Titanic Museum now puts a handprint on my heart.

Great experience at the titanic museum. Was a little busy but we did visit on a Saturday so that’s to be expected. The guided tour was our favourite part. The visit to the old drawing offices in the building opposite was interesting. Our guide Joe was very good, very knowledgeable not just about titanic but also Belfast in general. Would recommend getting a white star premium pass as everything is included.

Tour Guide Sheila amazing. I booked this in advance online. Whole experience very popular and well attended. You really need to allow half a day to see everything. I read it was recommended to allow 2.5 – 3 hours to do the exhibition. If you don’t want to stop & view everything then 2.5 – 3 hours is probably ok. It was quite busy when I went and was there for 4 hours. Would recommend guided tour for outside first and then indoor experience. Managed to see and stop in most areas but some sections were quite crowded. I booked the outside tour first at 11am. Tour Guide was Sheila. Really enthusiastic… clearly knew her onions… a local lass who loves what she does and was extremely knowledgeable. A credit to the Titanic Exhibition owners / organisers. I would highly recommend doing the tour first and then go round the exhibition. Tour was about an hour although Sheila gave us extra due to pesky questions being asked! Exhibition tour is self-guided although you can hire an audio guide (which I forgot to pick up!). It’s not really necessary as there’s plenty of information dotted around. So interesting and very well laid out. Especially poignant was seeing Wallace Hartley’s violin on display. Apparently has been one of, if not, the highest sold artefact from the Titanic. Would highly recommend anyone going to see this even if you know nothing about the Titanic & I'd definitely return for a second visit. Just made it in time to eat in the restaurant / café. Was very tasty with quite a lot of choice – had the Irish Stew and again, staff very helpful.

Absolutely fantastic experience at Titanic Belfast. One of the best museums I’ve ever visited. The exhibits are immersive, beautifully presented, and really bring the story of the shipyard and the people of Belfast to life. From the Harland & Wolff gates to the cable car ride through Titanic’s construction, every part was engaging and emotional. The ride was a real highlight. Seeing the scale of the cranes, hearing the riveting, and getting a sense of what the workers experienced day to day made the history feel alive. It’s such a clever way of showing just how massive the project was and how skilled the shipyard workers were. A special mention to Ross, who I spoke to in the first gallery. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the shipyard, the workers, and the history behind Titanic’s construction. His passion and insight added so much to the visit, and he is truly a credit to the museum. If you’re anywhere near Belfast, Titanic Belfast is an absolute must see.
