Jacob and Ana were model guides! Jacob especially was very kind and happy to answer the questions my friends and I had about life and history in Northern Ireland, and was spot on with recommendations for sites to visit and further reading about subjects relevant to the region.

I went on a tour with my two friends and had a fantastic time. Our two tour guides Jacob and Ana were great, Ana is an amazing driver and Jacob is a witty and extremely knowledgeable guide. I learned a lot about the history of Northern Ireland, very interesting, and beautiful sites to see. Would definitely recommend!

There’s something cinematic about Ireland in December — low silver skies, dramatic coastlines, and just enough chill in the air to make the experience feel epic. We left Dublin before sunrise, and I’ll say this right away: bring snacks and a fully charged phone. The drive to the first stop is long. Beautiful, yes — but long. Think road-trip energy. Think playlists. Think layered sweaters and a thermos if you’re feeling ambitious. Our guides, Luke and Brain, were outstanding. Truly. Engaging, warm, and deeply knowledgeable. What stood out most was the way they provided historical context around The Troubles while we stopped in Belfast. It wasn’t rushed or surface-level. They gave thoughtful insight into the political conflict, the divisions, the resilience of the people, and how the city continues to evolve. Standing in the very areas where history unfolded made it real in a way no textbook ever could. Then came the coastal magic. Dunluce Castle Perched dramatically on the cliffs, this place looks like it was designed by a fantasy novelist. In December, with moody skies and crashing waves below, it felt almost unreal. You don’t just “see” Dunluce — you feel it. Wind in your hair, sea in the distance, history in every stone. Giant's Causeway Phenomenal. Absolutely phenomenal. The hexagonal basalt columns stretch into the sea like nature showing off. The views were breathtaking — rugged cliffs, endless water, that raw Atlantic energy. Even in the cold, it was worth every step. Photos do not do it justice. Not even close. Dark Hedges Jaw-dropping. Straight out of a medieval film set. The twisted, arching trees form a tunnel that feels enchanted and slightly eerie — especially in winter when the branches are stark against the sky. It’s the kind of place where you instinctively slow down and just take it in. By the time we returned to Dublin, we were tired — the good kind of tired. The kind that comes from a full day of history, beauty, perspective, and long scenic drives. December turned out to be a perfect time to go. Fewer crowds, dramatic light, and that cozy feeling of seeing something extraordinary in the off-season. Would I recommend it? Absolutely. Just pack wisely, charge your phone, and prepare to feel very small in the best possible way.

We had Dylan as our tour guide and Brian as our bus driver. Both of them were very welcoming and warm people, full of joy and lots of knowledge concerning both irish folkore and irish history. They were a great addition to an already fantastic day trip! Also the itinerary of the whole tour was very well organised, as we had plenty of time at each spot to explore and take photos. Would definitely reccomend!!
