We took an evening tour with David Rizzo who was entertaining. The tour went through a dark graveyard where we needed to use our phones to light the path

This was a good tour that focused on how the plague affected Edinburgh. It was a good tour, only not so positive thing I would say would be the group size was pretty big but the Guide managed it well.

This was so fun, mostly because of our guide. We were with "Mary, queen of Scots". (Mary Stuart) She was fantastic, fun, informative, and played the role so well. We really enjoyed her interpretation and history lessons.

‘David Rizzia’ was an excellent guide, who made me laugh and freaked me out in equal measures…😁 really enjoyed his presentation and respected the fact he powered through even though he clearly felt rough and was losing his voice.. tour was great fun. Think my daughter was a bit scared, but that’s the point! The vaults are super interesting and would definitely like to learn more about them.

Maggie Dickinson was our tour guide and she did a lovely job, interactive with the group and did a great job explaining the histories of the areas we visited. Enjoyable and informative tour with a few hair-raising chills.

This is a great tour for the price and time commitment. It is a fantastic way to hear some of Edinburgh’s history and see the catacombs. The catacombs are not for those who are super claustrophobic, but you’re only down there for roughly 20 mins. Great stories and experience! Our guide, Maggie Dickson, was fantastic! She was entertaining, witty, and knew the stories well! She is one of the best guides we’ve had on our tours!

This was a lot of fun, especially for this time of year. Our guide John Kincaid was a great story teller and really got into his role. We loved the tour around the Kirkyard in the dark, even saw a shooting star. The negative on that was it is very dark and we couldn’t see the uneven ground. I recommend this for anyone over the age of 10.
