Breathtaking Halong Bay: 5-Star Luxury Day Cruise & Feast

Where doing beginners. The pick up changed at 1:30am so in the morning it was different to what we were told. The bus that arrived didn't have seats for all of us and someone had to sit up front with driver in a very uncomfortable seat for 3 hrs. On top of that the driver couldn't understand that we were freezing and left the cooling too high. The boat tour was very touristy and the food was average. Queuing every stop with hundreds of people everywhere. I would not recommend this tour.

We booked a one day tour and the guide picked up us from the hotel. The booking proccess was easy with two payment method choices (cash or transfer with small extra charge). The cruise was so clean with vegan and non vegan lunch options, jacuzzi, and balcony. The guide was very helpful and full of patience.

Go whether it rains or not cause in the cave it doesn't rain on you and when your traveling on the boat your inside dry if it rains ... Only issue for 3 stars a non speaking English guide picked me up. I was told at the marina to get off the bus. You must give ur passport number and date of birth to take the tour on a form when you get picked up. I was told by a marina employee to sit and wait in the lobby without explanation as to why ... Visa issue no... Something I did no.... An English speaking guide came and picked me up and said ur coming with me ... Very bad coordination here .. if I had anxiety I mite have thought I was getting arrested ...the tour itself was wonderful.... And on the boat hot tub sauna and u have about 45 minutes to swim in a designated area in the bay if you don't wanna hike ... The lunch buffet was really good too...

Great experience and just the right amount of time to see Ha Long Bay. Everyone was friendly and helpful. It’s a well managed day cruise and they keep everyone moving along so you get to see all the sights.

Excited.. organized It was fun Crouse Hiking Speed boat We had fun to tried this trip in Vietnam I advised everyone to go for it

Amazing views and Jimmy was a fantastic guide. Perfect amount of time at each of the stops. Long break without eating after lunch so definitely get snacks

Johnnie our tour guide was really really good and ran everything perfectly The coach was super comfortable The boat was brilliant and much better than expected The cave was amazing Lunch really good The price of wine on the boat was ridiculously high 😔 The swimming was really bad, totally overpacked like you could never imagine and tiny roped off swimming area

Good day trip to ha long bay! Got a bit of everything from seeing the cave to speed boating and kayaking and some beach time. Our tour guide Johnny was very informative and helpful and the boat was clean and we enjoyed the jacuzzi. Would recommend!

Overall the experience was ok. They randomly canceled 1 island. They said it was because of a storm but nothing happened- no rain, no wind. They also kept stopping at shopping tourist traps. They said it was to use the loo but then they parked the bus very far and kept the shopping stops for 30 mins +. Not good! Also on the cruise the staff very blatantly asked for tips. I think the guide was very good, Jonny or Jimmy but the experience with Arcady was not
