John was an amazing tour guide. He was knowledge, funny, and communicated clearly. He seems to have a passion for what he does and it shows. He showed us extra things to enrich our tour experience and that was very much appreciated. Andy was a great partner to John and a safe and skilled bus driver. Andy and John worked together with ease to create a memorable and safe trip. John even said if you have to pick one person to tip, give it to Andy. Very kind of him. Oh and the bus was modern, in great condition, and immaculately clean inside and out. The Grand Canyon West Rim was of course a marvel and it was great to visit it again after ten years. I booked this on Viator due to its high reviews but see that the Trip Advisor site is also ranked highly.

John and Andy were awesome! It was an amazing trip and all went well. everything was well timed/coordinated and we felt safe the whole trip. Andy is a great driver and John as a great amount of knowledge that he shared on the trip.

My boyfriend and I decided to take a mini vacation to Las Vegas before Christmas. He has never been to the Grand Canyon, so I wanted to share that experience with him. Overall, this tour was fantastic, largely thanks to our tour guide John, bus driver Andy, and shuttle driver Eric. I'm really glad we paid for this tour because I didn't want to drive out to the Grand Canyon myself.

The Grand Canyon is something different on many levels no photo can give you the understanding of being there in person Guide was awesome liang Zhao very communicative and good knowledge of the area and Vegas also soooooo overall great

Liang Zhao gave us a great service to the West Canyon Your & excellent tour guy. He gave us all the information needed for the tour & on time. He even bought the external battery packs for his guests to borrow, just incase their phone ran out.

It was a well paced out day, gave plenty of time for Hoover Dam, and Grand Canyon West Rim, allowed for plenty of breaks in the drive, tour guide Liang was pretty knowledgeable and kept us in the loop for everything that was happening during the day.

John and Andy deserve a huge raise because they are absolute legends. John’s voice is made for National Geographic documentaries and his knowledge of history and local ecology is probably unmatched in the entire state of Nevada. Andy navigated the Mad Max-esque landscape and drivers like Mad Max himself, keeping us completely safe and comfortable on our drive through the desert. Together they are an unstoppable tour-delivering force that rocked our freaking socks off.

We had an incredible experience with this company! Our driver, Andy, was safe and secure with our travel. We had someone who gets car sick, and the trip was so calm she had no trouble! Our tour guide, John, brought plenty of knowledge and levity to the trip! He throughly explained the ends and outs of each stop, so we felt confident and competent about the adventure ahead. Both were exceptionally kind and concerned for our well-being! 10/10 will do again!
- Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller
- Public transportation options are available nearby
- Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
- Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health
- Suitable for all physical fitness levels
- Children ages 2 years and up require a seat. Infants 23 months and under are considered a lap child. If Skywalk ticket is purchased, infants must be carried on the Skywalk.
- Luggage and large bags are not permitted on this tour due to security restrictions at the Hoover Dam
- There may be waiting periods at any point or attraction due to weather or passenger volumes
- Skywalk Policy: You may bring your mobile phone onto the Skywalk, but all bags, cameras, and other personal items are not allowed. Complimentary lockers are available for secure storage. Please note: During your visit inside Grand Canyon West, backpacks and large bags must remain on the vehicle while you explore each site.
- Hotel pickup is available for this tour/activity. Depending on the hotel, buses may not be able to access or enter every property. In this case, pickup may be redirected to a central bus stop or nearby hotel. Exact pickup details will be provided to the guest upon reconfirmation with the local tour operator.
- Children age 6 and under require to use the car seat during the trip. Please have your own car seat/booster if possible. Please contact with tour operator in advance if you need more help.
