This was better than we expected! Such an iconic building and the museum section was really interesting! With loads of observation decks to choose from I’m glad we chose this…. The OG!

We did an evening trip, minimal lines to get up there and the views were amazing from the 86th floor. Would recommend. This was the least busiest of all the view points we did, so was pretty chill compared to the crowds of the others.

Great tour, very well organized, there was more than enough staff to handle the large crowds we experienced during the holiday season. my wife has a huge fear of heights and she felt safe and would do this tour again. defiantly worth the extra fee to go to the 102nd floor.

The total highlight of my trip to New York. Everything about it was great - super well organised, interesting displays, amazing views, friendly staff. We used tickets from New York City Pass and had pre-booked our time slot. It was very busy as expected, but it didn’t take very long in any queues at all. You did need to wait a moment to be able to get right to the front of the view, but not in all places - the longest queue was to pay in the shop. This was the best organised and best value for money of everything we did, an absolute must-see experience!

I visited the Empire State Building on Friday, November 29th (Black Friday), and once again, it was an amazing experience. Everything is always extremely organized, clean, and well run. The staff is very professional, friendly, and welcoming, and security is great, you truly feel safe throughout the entire visit. The experience is absolutely worth the price. The views from the top are breathtaking, especially from the 102nd floor. The souvenir photos at the end are a fair price and make a great keepsake to take home. This was my third time visiting, and I continue to bring new people because it never gets old. I can’t wait to go back again. A special thank you to the cashier, I believe her name was Carissa, she was incredibly friendly, polite, and helpful. She truly represents the Empire State Building well and is an amazing employee.

This is an entire experience, and completely worth it, even to folks that have been to the city often. The museum and experience is excellent even before you get to the views. I've gone during the day, and at night. Would HIGHLY recommend going at night. It's spectacular.
