I expected an educational experience, but the content was a series of gimmicks. I felt it’s a lost potential and they could do much better with the same resources. The tour is a series of eclectic episodes from the city history but not a comprehensive tour in the course of time as claimed to be.

The experience was fun and interactive. Only down side is that we were with a group of 6 kids that neither the parents or the guide could control . This caused issues when trying to listen to audio translations and ruined the immersion of the experience

One of the highlights of my Vienna city gateway. Some of the best 20 euros ever spent. Whoever invented this should give themselves a pat on the back!

About two weeks ago I brought three friends to this experience our first day in Vienna. Based on the description I was anticipating something similar to the Titanic experience in Belfast. Not even close. We were given headphones for English. My headphones would only kick in for the last 1/4 of each section. The tour leader was not able to do anything about it until the last section. I found it to be more of an experience for people wanting to do selfies, experience the multi media goggles and such. There was a lot of hype and wind blowing and flying around - but not really engaging content. Also there are a lot of stairs to traverse. There are so many people in each tour group that it’s a lot of standing and rather crowded. The concept is great, but the execution is lacking.

Did not really expect much but I was so surprised how wonderful the experience was. The multi-media presentations, history shared and humor made for a very fun time. Learned a bunch

It was a fun experience. The use of different media, video, 3D, goggles and everything made it real interesting. The history was good, content and presentations were fun. Much more than what expected.

I loved that they had the tour available in multiple languages and all the sound is activated in your headphones as soon as you walk into every room; my mom and I really enjoyed it and had a blast -- we loved the character journeys and we loved the immersive nature of it. It felt like an awesome summary of the history and culture of Vienna and a very unique way to experience it :)

One of the most fun experiences I have had! Interactive and very insightful. I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Vienna

Some parts were really interesting: the beginning is really promissing, all the walkable parts, WWII shelter as well. I felt discomfort with 5D experience. The idea was nice - to see and feel Vienna from rats or pigeons perspective. But moves, ups and downs were too speedy and very quickly I felt dizzy. Also the Vienna's history could be shown more linear and family tree of rulers was shown too quickly to follow.

One hour interactive trip through time using VR headsets and other technology. As a tourist who didn't know too much about Vienna's history it was a good overview and fun. Moved from one period to another smoothly. Under 10 School group went through at the same time. They were given the option of skipping some stages (Plague) some did most didn't. I guess it's down to the child (and gender it seemed) or also their imagination as it wasn't too graphic.
