David and John were great. One kept us safe on the road and the other organized and entertained us. The views were awesome.

Phil went beyond good service. He’s very knowledgeable about the places we’re going and gave tips on the best views, best routes to go to, and helped with photos. Time was also clearly relayed. Andy got us safe to every place we went to and was kind enough to help in distributing snacks and drinks.

Phil and Andy did a great job organizing the trip. It was a 12 hour tour but didn’t feel long at all! The stops were well designed, the view was stunning. I enjoyed every bit of it.

Phil had been so good at explaining different informations about the grand canyon and also a lot of usuful information about different sites. We had a very smooth experience on the west rim as he already give tips on how to maximize time so theres a lot of time to explore the site. Nice smooth ride back to the city.

Great experience overall; knowledgeable tour guide and everything on time. Left at 6:20 AM from the Excalibur and returned at about 4:40 PM. Definitely a morning/afternoon trip, but in time back for shows or evening activities. Of note, our tour guide did not speak Spanish, and this was a concern for some of the guests. Some tour guides may not speak your native language.

Good time .Tour guide Phil is good in explaining important things. Had good time. We were in wrong location in pick up but Phil is kind to wait & pick up . But the customer care didn’t give us right information regarding pick up spot.

We have good time. Phil has lots of knowledge about area. All question was answered. I get to know more not only Grand Canyon also history of town and dam!

Very good guide, he explained and entertained our questions well. Bus driver drove good too. Great experience overall.
- Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller
- Public transportation options are available nearby
- Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
- Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health
- Suitable for all physical fitness levels
- Children ages 2 years and up require a seat. Infants 23 months and under are considered a lap child. If Skywalk ticket is purchased, infants must be carried on the Skywalk.
- Luggage and large bags are not permitted on this tour due to security restrictions at the Hoover Dam
- There may be waiting periods at any point or attraction due to weather or passenger volumes
- Skywalk Policy: You may bring your mobile phone onto the Skywalk, but all bags, cameras, and other personal items are not allowed. Complimentary lockers are available for secure storage. Please note: During your visit inside Grand Canyon West, backpacks and large bags must remain on the vehicle while you explore each site.
- Hotel pickup is available for this tour/activity. Depending on the hotel, buses may not be able to access or enter every property. In this case, pickup may be redirected to a central bus stop or nearby hotel. Exact pickup details will be provided to the guest upon reconfirmation with the local tour operator.
- Children age 6 and under require to use the car seat during the trip. Please have your own car seat/booster if possible. Please contact with tour operator in advance if you need more help.
- For safety and communication purposes during the trip, a reachable phone number is necessary for participants.
- For individual special needs, we may not be able to guarantee it. For special reasons, please confirm with the tour operator whether your special request is feasible after your booking is confirmed.

Any additional fees are payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour. If boarding is denied, you will receive a refund for this portion of the tour
- A minimum of 2 passengers is required for the West Rim Airplane Tour to operate. Availability is limited, and flights may be cancelled due to weather or low participation.
- As our buses are not lift-equipped, wheelchairs must be stored in the luggage compartment, and guests will need assistance from their companions to board and disembark.

Important: Failure to provide or update the pick-up location prior to the departure date may impact your ability to join the tour.
