Waited 40 minutes past the entrance time to get escorted to the gate - it made me miss the 2nd part of the tour. Not worth the money, just buy an advance ticket.

Great tour experience. My family and I enjoyed the experience. They were friendly and placed my family together with the same tour. Thank you so much.

We had an excellent experience with Touristation. We had accidentally double booked 2 trips on the same day prior to travelling. The staff at Touristation were amazing. They rebooked the Vatican for the following day. The next day we were offered to upgrade to an English guided tour. It was an extra 25 euros each but worth the money. Adriana our guide gave us a really interesting tour particularly explaining the stories behind the Sistine chapel artwork. It was very busy but didn’t feel too crammed as others say they have experienced. We walked straight into the museums (skip the line tickets) and were led to the more interesting exhibits and had explanations of these. We had time to take photos if we wanted to. After the Sistine chapel we could either stay at the museums for longer or be taken by our guide to St Peter’s Basilica so again we did not queue. We then left our guide and were free to walk around at our leisure. After reading so many comments I was concerned that the experience would not be pleasurable but I felt that this tour enabled us to have a very enjoyable visit with no queuing prior to entry. It is definitely worth visiting and if you can afford to buy a guided tour would recommend you use this company.

Its only skip the line. thats all. They offer you nothing else, no tour, no direction. Skip it if you can.

Tour was amazing. However Touristation was a major problem: - purchased tickets online for 2p entry, was oversold and bumped to the following day - both days spent 30min extra trying to upsell our original purchase

My experience was unlike any other tour i have done in my 19 years of life. From the moment it started to the moment it ended I was fully enthralled into the history of the Vatican. Ontop of this the crew and staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Alima helped us when we first arrived and made the experience ten times better. She is an amazing and helpful worker.

Helpful workers, Alima was a great worker and needs a raise! There was a little misunderstanding with the tickets but no worries because she worked it out for us!
