Everything was on time and smooth. The instructions for meeting up were extremely clear and easy to follow. Our tour guide (I believe her name was Kieko) was hilarious and so welcoming. Highly recommend this tour!

Our guide was Aaron and our bus driver was Pepe. We arrived to and were returned from our destination safety and on time. Aaron was charismatic and informative giving us both an insightful and enjoyable tour. He was straight forward with his directions so we never got lost. 10/10 would recommend.

It was lovely to visit Pisa and drive through Tuscany. Tour guide in Pisa Cathedral was quite good and knowledgable and told us some funny stories as well. Bus was full with people who stayed on a guided tour and ones who went alone in Pisa. Climbing Pisa was great experience and hood exercise.

If you only pay for the bus ride over, it probably pans out. But if you choose to add the guided tour and tower climb, there's not really any free time left to do some exploring and playing with taking pictures. The guided tour was informative but long. It would be nicer if it could be condensed down to about 20 minutes, instead of 50. The climb up the tower allows for great panoramic pictures, but if you have issues with vertigo like I do, consider the idea of descending slick, uneven stairs (due to grooves waorn into them from so many people climbing), with no railing, at a forward leaning angle. For the most part, I think you'd be happiest just getting the ride and them enjoying a couple hours of free time to explore at your own pace.

Worth the half day from Florence to travel out to Piza. We did the afternoon trip on a weekday and the plaza and tower were not crowded. Comfortable ride in buss and good tour guides

Good introduction to the history of Pisa and the chance to climb to the top of the tower. Guide (Cecilia ) well organized and driver (Carlo) got us back and forth safely.
- Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller
- Public transportation options are available nearby
- Specialized infant seats are available
- Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
- Comfortable walking shoes are recommended
- A dress code is required to enter places of worships
- Children under the age of 8 are not admitted inside the Leaning Tower
- For small groups, up to 8 pax, the Tour escort service could be replaced with an English speaking driver-guide service, while maintaining unchanged the entire program of the excursion.
