We arrived via Cruise Ship (MS Noordam/Holland America). The meet-up spot was very convenient and very short walking distance from the main pier. Our tour guide was Leeanne. She's very personable and has great insights about Ketchikan! The tour gave us a nice peek of the charming Ketchikan village! Leanne had some great insights and tidbits about the history, population, and seasonal aspects. The totem park was definitely the highlight, but Leanne also recognized my wife loves all wildlife, so we had some cool stops on our route to see harbor seals, black bears, eagles, and other aquatic wildlife! Since Leanne is very outdoors-oriented, it made for an interesting, informative, and delightful tour! I recommend this tour for its length, vistas, and information. Leanne is a wonderful tour guide! Thank you! Vince & Angela

I really enjoyed seeing and learning about the totems. The driver was experienced knowledgeable and friendly.

This was terrific! We were looking for something that covered a lot of sights, but was less expensive than what our Cruise ship offered and this did both! We saw a lot, we were given great information and saw areas that only locals knew about. Absolutely loved it! This was a highlight of our entire cruise.

My family and I had a great experience with Max. He knows a lot about Ketchikan and Alaska in general. He was funny and patient, as we had older passengers with us as well. Max pointed out eagles, seals and salmon. Unfortunately, there was no other wildlife to see as we were at the end of the season. Definitely recommend. Also good for people with limited mobility.

I booked with Viator for a cruise to Juneau Alaska. The company who took us on the city and totem pole tour was Eagle One. Max our tour guide was very knowledgeable, funny and polite. Company was amazing. Booking on Viator was very easy to use. We were kept up to date on where we meet, payment method. Easy process throughout.

Max was our guide. He was fantastic. He was so fun and interesting to talk with. He was very knowledgeable and could answer all of our questions. He is such a nice person and he went out of his way to make it special for us. We even saw a bear.

Max was an excellent guide. Saxman Park was a fascinating site with it's totem poles. Rainbow waterfall was underwhelming and overcrowded.

Max was an awesome tour guide! He was very knowledgeable, answered every question we asked, and had a great sense of humor. We got see quite a bit in a short period of time including but not limited to the cove, totem poles, and salmon creek.
