Wonderful experience though it would have been nice to know that they don’t provide you with the tickets earlier than your scheduled time (like some other places - like the Vatican - do)

Good deal for the two tickets, worth it. Only annoyance was you have to go to a separate location to pick up the virtual tickets an hour prior to entry- so when you get to this location they give you a code which you download audio (if included it upon booking) and then need to self navigate it upon arrival to the palace or the basilica. Overall saves some money for sure and overall good deal we enjoyed the self guidedness of the tour at your own pace.

Amazing place to see. I highly recommend it. The agency staff were very helpful and efficient. Explained everything clearly and even recharged my phone, when it died.

This was a very slick way to see these two Greatest hits of Venice! Finding the tourist office to get the tickets is a bit of a treasure hunt. Plan ahead and allow for time to get a little lost. We were a bit lucky on that point. Nevertheless, we picked up everything we needed quickly and efficiently and enjoyed stress-free tours. I recommend it, no question.

They make you download an audio guide on your own phone BUT because there is no reception in the basilica you can’t use it at all. Total rip off.

St marks basilica isn’t worth the money, it’s literally a gold church inside done within 2 mins, however a lot more to doges palace. Deffo recommend getting skip the line tickets as when all the tourists arrive the lines are insane

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and gave such detailed information about the history of the Doges and paintings. For somebody who came in knowing nothing, three of us left with a ton of information as to how Venice operated and how the politicians worked within the building. Even before we entered the building she shared information about the square and pointed out areas that we should check out afterwards.

The palace was well worth a visit but the ‘audio tour’ was not. It would not work as it kept asking for us to pay for it even though it was pre booked. There was supposed to be a virtual tour but this did not happen so all in all not good value for money at all. It would be better to get the skip the line ticket directly from the Doge Palace website as it is cheaper. They also provide their own audio guide for €5.
