It was great experience. I didn’t know how to swim but Bradly helped a lot. Jean was excellent too. Loved the experience!

Jean and Bradley were so fun and informative on the hike. Safety was their top priority and they made sure everyone had a great trip. I would recommend them to lead any excursion!

Jean and Bradley were awesome! Very knowledgeable tour guides and was very helpful. They made us comfortable throughout the whole trip. The excursion is 10/10 and not as bad as i thought it would be!

Bradley and John were awesome! We felt safe throughout the whole tour and they really cared, especially Bradley very passionate about talking about the flora and fauna. 100% recommend.

- The difficulty level of this excursion is considered to be moderate to strenuous depending on your physical fitness level. It is very important that you are in good physical condition in order to participate and enjoy yourself. The terrain in the rainforest can be muddy, slippery, uneven and include river-wading, climbing large rocks and steep inclines. The kayaking can be strenuous when the current is strong and requires upper body strength. This excursion is recommended for guests with an active lifestyle. It is a long, but fun-filled day!
- The maximum weight limit is 240 lbs. per person (no exceptions). The maximum weight limit per kayak is 425 lbs. (combined between 2 people, with no participants exceeding the individual wight limit). **For safety, weight checks will be conducted before each session. Participants exceeding the combined or individual weight capacity will not be allowed to participate, and no refunds will be issued. Please inform each person from your party.**
- Minimum age is 8 years old
- Not recommended for travelers with neck, back, arm or leg problems or casts
- Maximum age is 70 years old
- NOTE: Saturday’s tour is longer (approximately 1 additional hour) and more strenuous than Monday – Friday. It’s very important that you are able to comply with all of the tour restrictions, have a strong physical fitness level and are able to bring your knees up to your chest.

Pick Up Locations: - Pick ups from Isla Verde are at The Royal Sonesta - Pick ups from Ocean Park are at Kasalta Bakery - Pick ups from Condado are at La Concha - Pick ups from Miramar are at Hyatt Place San Juan - Pick ups from Old San Juan are at Pier #6 (meet in front of the Seahorse Statue) - Pick ups from Luquillo, Fajardo and Humacao are at Farmacia Caridad, Fajardo *Guests' spoke, we listened; in an effort to minimize amount of time on the bus for all guests, we only pick up at above mentioned locations Pick Up Times - Pick ups in San Juan are generally between 9:00am and 10:30am - Pick ups on the East coast are generally between 10:45am and 12pm What to Wear & Bring: You will get completely submerged in water and most likely muddy while on this tour. -Comfortable hiking clothes and/or bathing suit -Closed-toed shoes with good grip for hiking on wet surfaces, and that provide support (no crocs, sandals, water shoes or flip flops) -Towel, change of clothes and dry shoes for after the tour -Water bottle -Cash (gratuities not included but appreciated) -Cell phone on file (in the event that we need to contact you or you need to contact us prior to the excursion) NOTE: Saturday’s tour is longer (approximately 1 additional hour) and more strenuous than Monday – Friday.
