The quality of the recordings was excellent. The bus was comfortable with 2/3 of the top floor open to enjoy the fresh air with unobstructed views. The front covered part partial shields the breeze and you could use it for shelter in case it rains. The first floor is completely enclosed. The buses run frequently. Make sure you download the app to see where the stops are located. You can help yourself to a map and head phones on the bus. I wish the stops had signs on the streets to make it easier to find where to get on. After your first trip around it’s pretty easy.

Other than signage for the bus stops, this is the best way to experience some of the greatest sites and areas of Paris. Disappointed that we couldn’t do the river cruise as driver did not give us tickets and “Manage my Booking” feature did not work

This is a must tour in Paris when you plan to visit several places via one mode of transport. It takes around 2.5 hrs for complete ride and you can get on or off the bus at any stop. Also you can also buy Seine’s river cruise ticket in this ride as well. We had great time on this tour. Make sure to carry a cap if you are going to seat on the deck.

Please avoid for several reasons: - not enough coverage (only basics) - extraordinary boring audio. Mostly music and not enough interesting information. - extremely misleading bus stops locations. No exact map positions, even the app didn’t help. - just one route! in Vienna you have four, in Singapour as well four, but Paris only one… - drivers are not indicating the bus stop numbers. - it is more like a taxi rather than excursion bus Please consider if you have entire day to do nothing, then do the round trip without going out from the bus (could be a torture due to the traffic and almost zero facts on the audio), but nice overview of the city.

Had a great experience with Big Bus Tours in Paris earlier this week. There were 15 of us in our group, ranging from 4 to 73 years old so it was great to have a helping hand getting around the city without everyone getting too tired. Even though we were only in the city for a day we ticked off all the landmarks we wanted to see. The staff were friendly and helpful and the buses were frequent and clean. Would use again and would recommend to others.

The idea of this sounded great but the reality was we would have been quicker walking on occasions! Paris is so congested with traffic that we sat, not moving sometimes for 15 minutes. Also be aware that the service doesn't start until 9.45 and stops running at 5.30pm. You DO get to see "the main attractions" but it can take an awfully long time getting to them. The boat trip was great. We were on the first trip of the day and the commentary was very good. If I came again I wouldn't bother with the big bus but would definitely go on the boat trip.
