The experience itself is amazing. But this company is awful!! I booked and you can choose what time you would like to go out of the options they give you, and the location you want to be picked up from. This had been confirmed MONTHS before we were due to go. They had the nerve the night before to contact me and say they are picking us up 9 HOURS before I had booked. I had booked for pick up at 12.10pm mid day. They text me saying they are picking me up at 2.55 AM. Like what the?!?! To make it worse they ignored the location THEY ask me to put in where I wanted to be picked up from which was my hotel which was CONFIRMED and then proceeded to tell me no we will pick you up a 15 minute walk away as they apparently couldn’t get the bus down near my hotel. which is an absolute joke because you could have got an airplane down the road next to my hotel!!!! I had no sorry or anything I was so angry so I cancelled it as I had only just landed the day before with no sleep and to be asked to be outside at 3am in the morning is a joke especially when I booked 12.10 as you are ALLOWED to book that time!!! We only came to Poland really to do this experience. I then looked at booking for the next day, funny enough it was triple the price I paid per person!! The company who run this excursion are an absolute joke of a company. AVOID

I’ll start with the disappointment of not getting what I believed I’d paid for. Transportation. Tickets with a time I selected from what was offered. And the pickup to be from my hotel also from the list of those on offer in the booking site. Emails in advance of the day I’d booked did keep me informed and I would be contacted the day before with full details. To be fair that did happen the evening before but pickup was NOT at my hotel but 1/2 mile away (not end of the world but hardly as advertised) but the real shock was the pickup time for the 10:10am visit I’d selected it was 2:10am. Yes very early as although tickets are part of the price you have to queue yourself to get them on the day. The early start hopes to get you near the front of the queue outside Auschwitz. Gates open 6am ish. Ticket office at about 7:30am and then hope there are slots with a guide in your language. We were lucky as we got on a 9am guided tour. The 2 sites are about 3 1/2 hours in total so we finished by 12:30pm. So totally tired with that early start. Be warned !!!! Now the positive. The visit itself was very informative. Shocking. Harrowing. Emotional. It’s hard to believe what those amazing humans endured but it had to be seen to understand and hope it never occurs again. So you could say my moaning about getting up extremely early picks into perspective what those 1 million plus people were put through. But if you can’t deliver what you sell be more honest

We booked this trip at home Went on Wednesdays 3rd December we were asked to be there 15 mins before. The coach turned up at 08.18.The tour lady Natalia was not good at all she was under the influence of drink. She could not say our names kept dropping the tickets. Once we got to Auschwitz she was removed from being our rep. Another lady and man took over. Our tour guide to Auschwitz and Birkenau was very knowledgeable and patient whilst we looked around and took photos. He was a great gentleman.A great asset to your place of tour. Book your tickets inadvance

Very humbling experience. We had a knowledgeable tour guide which added to the experience. At times it felt rushed but this was due to the other groups catching up with us. Would have liked time to browse the book store it’s impossible to get back in to this area once you have exited. Bad planning from the museum

We had 12 hours notice we needed to be at the pick up point at 3am, with no option for a later time although we selected 8:10am. We were then dropped at the gate at 4:30am in -4 where we had to stand until 9am. The tour was then in Polish when we selected English. At Birkenau our tour guide was no where to be seen. Overall the tour organisation was poor and took away from the experience

Went with my daughter as I've been there 6 years ago. She wanted to experience it. Today was made more humbling as it was snowing and freezing and it made us really feel what those poor people went through. I could visualise them in my minds eye. Would advise NOT TO TAKE BABIES AND PRAMS. it's not the place for them. I have watched numerous episodes on tube to do with the haulocaust and still to experience it is an absolute honour.

The whole trip was fantastic from beginning to end. An early start meant we were first the que for the tour round the sites. Don't be put off by the early start time as it is well worth it. Peter, our driver was superb. He looked after us so well and we really would not have had the same experience without him. A very memorable day and I would happily recommend it to anyone. Thank you Peter.
