Bahia's Island Magic: Ilha dos Frades & Itaparica Escape

The boat cruise was a pleasant way to spend the day. For some unexplained reason, our itinerary was reversed from the reservation itinerary - we went first to Itaparica, arriving at 10am, where we were taken to a restaurant to eat a buffet lunch. Who wants to eat lunch at 10am? There also was offered an optional (extra cost) tour of the island. We declined both the lunch & the tour, and instead spent the 2+ hours walking and exploring the island. You don't need a tour to visit the island sites. Then the tour sailed to Ihla Dos Frades, where we had a fabulous meal at a restaurant, and after spent time on the beach. Overall, the tour was ok, but definitely recommend you strike out on your own and not hang with the group all day.

Alexandra left what was already good, even better. Very fun, polite and cheerful, as in the name rs. The Enterprise is very organized, committed and the staff very helpful. I would also like to highlight the employee Sofia, who is in the Wish Hotel da Bahia and is extremely helpful and polite.

Hello good day... I stayed in Salvador for 2 weeks and made 3 tours with Luck. We love the experience. Punctuality, comfortable buses and polite and responsible drivers. The tours were amazing, we did Praia do Forte with Guarajuba, Imbassaí with Itacimirim and Frades with Itaparica. Highlight to the guide Sérgio Ornellas who accompanied us on 2 tours and gave us a lesson of Bahia and professionalism. I highly recommend!!! Thank you ❤️❤️

The logistics of collections were terrible. Sunday I was called at 7:50 a.m. and the scheduled time was 8:20 a.m., so I had to run. Fortunately I was 3 minutes from the meeting point I could get there. On Monday, the company kept me waiting 30 minutes. Yesterday, despite being only 3 minutes away, they left without me and did not wait for me for 5 minutes. The delay was due to several Uber cancellations, but it was already on its way to the agreed hotel. At the end of the day, I paid to get to the terminal so I could make the trip. The guides were good, but the collection logistics were not adequate. Finally, on Sunday the guide forgot some customers, despite having 25 years of experience in this. Although there can always be a first time, these situations can occur and we had to return to pick them up at the hotel. They must improve so that it does not happen with future customers. Feedback based on my own experience.

The walk was amazing, a beautiful day. Luck Receptivos picked us up at the agreed time at the hotel. The tour is done in escuna, we were welcomed with fresh fruits. The guide Denise was super attentive, always asking us if we were enjoying and giving a lot of attention. The Frades Island is beautiful! The two stops are very worth it and have a good structure! Super recommend!!!!

I did not enjoy the trip to the island of Itaparica on a beach where we are presented a single restaurant option for lunch in which we were warned that there was self-service buffet option only after we had already ordered two dishes there and did not let us exchange for the buffet. Very loud music which made it difficult to attend . Dirty beach with a lot of garbage, various plastic packages and glass cakes, we were afraid to go into the sea and hurt our feet, nor did we go in. Even later we discovered that near that beach they even created a museum of garbage, of so much garbage that comes there. An unnecessary stop just to force us to lunch at a restaurant that partnered with Luck. Another very bad thing was the lack of education of a woman who boarded the boat with a huge soundbox and played bragged songs that we were forced to listen to on every journey. It should be forbidden to board a van or boat with sound boxes.

This tour every vacationer should do, Itaparica is a beautiful island and with the reception of Lucky tourism it gets even better... The Day Tourist Guide is wonderful in all respects 😍😍😍 I want to come back for sure 😃

Good walk, but the enjoyment and down a walk of almost 10 hours where you stay on the beach for a couple of hours at most, guides (in the day I was at least) little participative and almost invisible. Island of the frades and beautiful, already Itaparica and basically for lunch in beautiful place for photos but the beach is not attractive and the lunch is not the cheapest, basically in Itaparica you will only have lunch, expected more.

A delicious walk, wonderful landscapes. I made friends, I ⁇ it a lot. The weather was sunny and the sunset was stunning

Beautiful beaches! Very exciting hiking. Enjoy to visit the villages in Itaparica and the Island of the Frades. To get to Itaparica had no pier, we descended into the water .
