Unforgettable Halong Bay: 2-Day Luxury Paradise Cruise

The cruise was fabulous especially with a 6 month infant. Blue, cruise manager was amazing. He and his staff made our stay extremely comfortable and enjoyable. Will definitely recommend.

Blue and the rest of the staff were very helpful and friendly, all our needs were taken care of efficiently. The rooms were great and the scenery was amazing, Would definitely recommend.

I love the service, especially for Kaye, Mikha & Korina. At first, I was shocked on how exceptional they handled the guests. l actually thought that I was at a 5 star hotel like Marriott. They were so friendly and caring that it actually felt like home. Lastly, I would genuinely recommend these people to any 5-star hotel because I believe with their personality, service and character, they would be able to uphold the standard of a 5-star hotel service like Marriott.

Accommodation was very poor with windows and doors in the cabin unable to be closed properly, the curtains were literally blowing into the room. Also there was black mould in the shower, a broken toilet and a leaking bath. Very poor value for money. Crew were great and did their best to address our issues but we have been left feeling like we have been ripped off and wishing we had chosen another company

Everything about this trip was amazing. The staff were just wonderful. The boat is beautifully old-fashioned - we kept looking around at other boats and saying "we got the better one". The bay is stunning. I am not going to post photos because they dinply don't do it justice - you need to see it for yourself. We went in the off season and would strongly recommend this - I think it could be too crowded to enjoy properly if you went during peak season. The food was delicious, varied and plentiful. There was always so much you could do, although just relaxing on the top deck as the Sun went down is a definite highlight. Two days/one night is the perfect amount of time, in my opinion. The only downsides are that it is very hot and humid which (despite their best efforts) the aircon on partially offset and I found it difficult to sleep at night with the noise from the boat and the light through the portholes.

Halong Bay itself was beautiful, and the trip was a nice experience, but I don't know if I would recommend. The staff on board the boat were great, friendly and helpful, and the food was really nice. The rooms were basic, but clean and comfortable. However, the bay is really crowded with other boats, and all stops/activities are in tourist 'hot spots' with literally hundreds of other visitors. It didn't feel very authentic - it was very commercial. Nice to experience the bay, but I don't know if there might be nicer ways to do so?
