End of the World: Tierra del Fuego Half-Day Adventure

This is a fine tour run by a company that has its act together and hires good staff. From the sign up to the drop off at the end, they communicated and delivered on their promises. Our guide was charming, knowledgeable, and passionate about the history, nature, native culture and folklore of this expansive park, skillfully narrating and answering questions. The views and vistas of this unspoiled area were spectacular, plus the old prisoners’ train and southernmost post office are charming. Put simply, this half-day visit to Tierra del Fuego is time and money very well-spent for visitors.

Took this tour in the morning before boarding on our Antarctica trip. It was pleasant. We chose not to do the train ride and were taken on an easy walk instead. We did not regret skipping the train ride as it looked very crowded and we prefer more activity. The guide was great and the organisation including pick up and drop off spot on.

The tour itself was great - they picked up on time, the bus was comfy. It was a little annoying having to get my own ticket into the park, and we had to wait in line at the park to get our tickets - thank goodness we were one of the first groups because that was not a fast process. The stops were good and of adequate time. I REALLY enjoyed the little special treat our guide did for us at the last lake stop. I didn't realize there was an option to take the train with the half day ticket and again I didn't prepurchase one so I had to wait in a waiting list line to get any extra seats - should have been more clear online what the day would really consist of.

Well run and very organised tour. Our tour guide Josephina was outstanding. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend this as a nice, quick - but not too quick - glimpse of the park.

The time was well arranged, our guide is very professional and responsible. The park is so beautiful and the train was worth to take. I very enjoyed Tierra del Fuego National Park.

Franco was an excellent guide to Tierra del Fuego National Park. He provided so much information and insight that added another layer to our visit to Ushuaia. We had such a cold, wet day for our tour, but the weather did not get in the way of seeing the park. In fact, we would not have been able to navigate it on our own as efficiently. Just wish we’d had more time! Franco was also our driver to and from the airport and gave us tips for hiking to Emerald Lagoon. He was so professional and personable! We had a wonderful time in Ushuaia and glad Latitude was part of our itinerary.

The guide provided us with so much information about the park vegetation and wildlife. Pick up and drop off on-time. Overall great experience.
