Really excellent tour, some very interesting, spooky facts and locations, and John Kincaid did a great job speaking to the group and steering everyone around.

Exceeded my expectations, very informative and entertaining, even had a couple of jump scares. Tour guide John Kincaid may be the best tour guide in the known universe, he was hilarious and fitted the theme perfectly just be cautious of his umbrella.
