The tour was wonderful. Unfortunately we weren't able to go into the blue grotto. This was the reason we booked the trip. We did enjoy the tour and our time in Capri!

Michele is the best guide! he ensured that we had fast track assess to chair lift when there was a long queue and the private boat tour was the best!

Tiziana was a great tour guide today on our tour of Capri. She did a great job. The tour itself honestly is over priced for what you get. It was $426 for two people for a tour that was only 3-4 hours. We had to wait two hours in line for the blue grotto. It was spectacular but overly crowded. Not sure the value is there for what you get.

Wasted a lot of time (around 2 hrs) to get in the grotto which was due to boat tourists also jumping in from the water side to enter. This delay left us with barely enough time to check out anything else in Capri since it was a timed trip requiring us to be back at the port by 4. Host was nice but the plan could’ve been better.

Fun day with Luigi he is the best. Even though the weather did not permit us to enter the blue grotto we had an amazing day and was able to see all Capri has to offer!

The guide was very good very communicating but unfortunately blue groto was closed as water level was High so we could not see it but they compensated by arranging tour of entire capri island.

My daughter and I had an unforgettable day trip to Capri and Anacapri, thanks to the impeccable organization of Cioffi Tours and our fantastic guide, Michele. Michele was knowledgeable, engaging, and spoke excellent English. He struck the perfect balance between informative commentary and giving us the freedom to explore at our own pace. The beauty of the region, paired with his guidance, made for a phenomenal experience. While the Blue Grotto was touted as the highlight of the tour, we were disappointed to find it inaccessible. Sadly, what many travelers don’t realize because it’s rarely disclosed is that there’s only about a 1% chance of actually entering the grotto due to unpredictable sea conditions. Luckily, Plan B: A boat tour around the island was a worthwhile alternative. The views from the water were stunning and added a magical touch to the day. If you're booking with hopes of seeing the grotto, set realistic expectations. But if you're going to soak in the charm, culture, and landscape of Capri and Anacapri, this trip delivers in spades.

It was OK, not better than that. The group leader wasn't really into dealing with us.. meaning it really felt like she had a script memorized and she was super tired, instead of interacting with us. She had tons of friends in the island and you could see her attitude perk up. We also didn't get a chance to see the blue grotto itself. This is the second time that I've taken this exact tour and it was canceled both times due to weather and rough seas. I'm from Hawaii, and it's like to think I know what rough seas look like...and honestly, when we took a boat ride around the island (her plan 'B') the seas weren't anything out of te ordinary. I started to have the feeling the trip is a little 'bait and switch'. I was thinking that with a good 20 people in the trip, too lead that many people through the Blue Grotto would be too difficult. So i don't think they (the leader) ever had the intention to go there. That being said, it'd be better if they just change the title to be Capri and Anacapri, and a boat ride around the island, instead of leading people to believe that there's a chance to go to the Blue Grotto. We did have a good independent time on the island on our free time.
- Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller
- Public transportation options are available nearby
- Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
- High waves could impede the entrance to the Blue Grotto. If this happens on the day of your tour, you will visit another attraction on the island
- Children must be accompanied by an adult
- At time of booking, cruise ship passengers must provide the following information: ship name, docking time, disembarkation time, and re-boarding time
- This tour is not wheelchair accessible because changes should be done to adapt it and it's not possible in a group tour
- This tour is not suitable for people with mobility issues
