Natalia was a fantastic guide. She kept us informed and up to date via a WhatsApp group she shared. The guide on the tour was also very knowledgeable and emotive

The tour itself is done by the museum and that was great. I paid an extra £20 for hotel pickup but I still had to go to the meeting point to be collected and dropped off - so that’s a con. We had to wait 1.5 hours at the entrance to be let in.

While harrowing, the trip is done in a very empathetic way and reflects survivors wishes that Auschwitz & Birkenau (along with the other camps) are never forgotten. John from Discover Cracow was great at organising us (and a late lunch if you wanted it), and the pre notification details of the trip & what’s-app communication were good. Our guide at the camps was absolutely fantastic and made the trip very meaningful! A couple of items of feedback… There was a lot of waiting time at the start of the day, and the final part of the trip at Birkenau felt a little rushed. Perhaps future tour timings could be adjusted. Secondly the temperature of the bus was far too warm, despite feedback from passengers. Given this was over a 3 hour round trip it made the travel a little uncomfortable.

John Graff-Warburton helped to make our first visit to Krakow most memorable. He provided us with lots of information on the coach and looked after us so well. After our trip to Auschwitz/Birkenau he ordered our taxi for us to be taken back to our hotel and waited until it arrived. An excellent tour guide

I thought the tour company was great at communicating the time we would be leaving as well as being very prompt at pick up. Ilona was very friendly and was very thorough when getting our tickets for the tours. She was also a great driver. I thoroughly enjoyed my day.

Glowing recommendation to the company and especially for Gabriel who was very friendly and also gave us the smoothest ride there and back very comfortable ride. We would recommend the company and Gabriel.
