Walk through the shower room to get to pools it took a lot of us about half hour to find this out even after asking staff apart from this was a great time

The evening trip to the thermal baths was brilliant and would recommend. Our driver Raphal was really friendly and provided lots of information. Would definitely book again if we came back to Krakow. Thank you Raphal.

Michael was absolutely brilliant and the thermal spa was incredible! I took teenagers and they loved it, highly recommend!! Michael spoke amazing English and we enjoyed his chat and company - loads to tell us about Krakow and Poland! Go with him if you get the chance!

The thermal baths where great something it was something I had never even thought of doing but everyone really enjoyed it. The outside bar and dj were definitely the highlight, we could have spent the whole day there. Our guide was also excellent he was very knowledgeable about the history of the surrounding area.

What a fantastic place -4 and being able to swim in hot springs with snow falling its a bucket list memory. I would recommend this place it will blow you away. Clean, organisation is smooth it's for all ages even babies. ( Toddles) would recommend taking a waterproof phone case to capture the stunning views. ( doh I forgot to take one,)

The thermal baths are fantastic and well worth the two hour trip to get there. Lots of different pools and experiences and a swim up bar outside. It was quite busy, but that was expected and didn’t detract from our enjoyment. The changing facilities were clean and the wrist band system works very well for food and drink purchases. Restaurant food was great. Cocktails seemed a little watered down but were still fun. Service very slow at the swim up bar, long queues all evening. The pick up point is a bit busy/chaotic with many people and excursion buses and it isn’t easy to work out which bus you should get on. The minibuses are modern and comfortable, but the heating was turned up so high it was unbearable.The driver didn’t seem to understand any English and wouldn’t turn it down, however hard people tried to explain and ask for it to be turned down or some air to be allowed in. Everyone was sweating and extremely uncomfortable.
