Amazing and awesome inspiring tours of The Salt Mines and also Auschwitz and Birkenau. Our guide Kate was brilliant, polite and knowledgeable about Krakow and it's surroundings. Would definitely recommend anyone and everyone to go on these tours.

Great pick up and drop off service - organised by Kate who was very helpful. The mines are incredible and the tour guide was excellent - she really knew her stuff and was humorous too which was great. 10/10 recommend visiting Kraków Salt Mines!

Excellent tour, well managed from initial booking through to being dropped off at our hotel. Kate was very helpful and pleasant and made the practicalities of getting to and from the salt mines effortless.

We booked the Wieliczka Salt Mine tour through Discover Krakow, and it was such a great experience for the whole family! The coach picked us up right on time and got us to the mine quickly and comfortably. Our tour leader, John, was brilliant—friendly, knowledgeable, and made everything run smoothly. The mine itself was absolutely stunning; the architecture underground is incredible and something you really have to see in person. Walking through those salt-carved chambers felt like stepping into another world! We all really enjoyed the trip from start to finish. It was well-organised, fascinating, and fun for everyone. Highly recommend this tour if you’re visiting Krakow!

John was very organised from the minute we booked and ensured everyone knew where they were being picked up and at what time. He was very happy, approachable and helpful making our trip that extra bit nicer. The salt mines were great and John was able to answer any questions we had.
