Wonderful experience. Lots of sad history. Hope we as a country will remember this and not let it happen again. Tribute to those who died is amazing

My visit to the 9/11 Memorial & Museum was powerful and emotional. The exhibits are thoughtfully designed and honor the victims with great respect. The artifacts, personal stories, and visual displays offer a moving, detailed account of the day and its aftermath. I highly recommend visiting with enough time to reflect afterward.

A historic must see, in my opinion. Some don’t want to look back but doing so honors all the brave heroes of that horrible time.

I remember that day so vividly! Being from MN it felt like I was watching a movie that day. Seeing everything in person really made the experience feel more personal. I suggest doing the tpur with the headphones! You experience so much more

This is my second trip after several years to the museum. Just as powerful as the first and some things I didn’t remember. The audio guide is excellent and you could spend 3-4 easy if you do all the different tours. There was a special movie they were showing about the water evacuation on that day - a little known but amazing feat of heroism for every boat that responded to evacuate Manhattan. It is an emotional day for sure - I can’t imagine getting through it without some tears. From hearing the names of the loved and lost being read by friends and family, to seeing those horrific images. Everybody who was alive and old enough to remember will have all those feelings rush back. It is also an amazing and e optional catalog for students to learn about that fateful day. It is worth every penny. The facility is also spotless with plenty of restrooms and a cafe. A wonderful tribute to a terrible day.

Overall very moving and humbling, it’s difficult to come to terms what happened that fateful day,so many innocent people were killed,so many heroic firefighters killed trying to save lives, it puts everyday life into perspective

It is emotional but so needed to see by everyone! The sacrifice made is huge and so deserving of respect to so many people who are heroes!

A very moving tribute. The emotion is palpable within the museum. A great monument to the events of that day as well as the original construction of the twin towers, the bombing in 1993, and the clean up after the 9/11 attack. The memorial pools are beautiful, but the real emotional, raw experience is within the museum. Thank you to those who helped that day for sharing their stories, as well as the families of those dearly departed who have donated to the museum to help tell their loved ones’ stories.
