Very informative and knowledgeable experience. I got to see all of the major areas and I appreciate that it stops at major areas, allowing people to get off, and runs every 15 minutes.

We past visited in October 2019, which was amazing. We had a tour guide who was very interactive and made the tour amazing….fast forward to December 2025 and we were very disappointed. There was no tour guide, instead we were given a set of earphones and endured tacky music for most of the journey and then some very little commentary in between. If we visit Manhattan again in the future I don’t think I would pay for the tour again. Visiting from Glasgow, Scotland

Great way to see the city!! You could definitely use a second day to see everything at all the stops. Staff is great and buses come fairly quickly

Definitely saved us from walking miles. Some of the drivers don’t announce the stops so you have to use the headphones to listen to the commentary if it works on the bus you’re on. Some buses didn’t have working audio.

My experience was terrible! It was back to back traffic. We almost got into several accidents. If I could I want my money back

We took the bus roughly 10 years ago and really enjoyed it. The tour has gone downhill since then. We started with multiple ticket agents aggressively fighting amongst each other for the ticket sale. They didn’t listen to our instructions and continued to squabble. We got on the bus. You now where headphones. There is no tour guide and roughly halfway through the loop, the audio went out. We basically just drove around NY in an expensive Uber XL. I will not do this again.

Not an actual tour. Just a drive through downtown. No tour guide talking. Non eventful and boring.Rained the entire time
