Great, easy to hop on and off Lovely to see all the sights of Paris The earpiece worked well and it was good to find out about the historic elements of each place

The hop on hop off tour was excellent! Very informative. Having the Big Bus app helped us easily find the bus stops and to know when the buses would arrive. The river tour left a lot to be desired. We did not get to go on our river cruise because when we arrived there was a 2-3 hour wait time according to the attendant. When booking, only one time slot is shown for the day you want to take your boat tour; the time slot shown is when the first boat leaves for the day. No other times are shown. There should be multiple time slots for each boat arrival so that thousands of people aren’t standing in line waiting to get on a boat. It would be much more efficient if we had a time slot of when to arrive. If I could do it over again, I’d only book the hop on hop off bus tour.

Great fun and uk language sp we visited and understood. Hop on hoped off. Safe and driver so friendly Recommend boat great biy queue too long to stand. enjoyed, so. It made up for this

You stop @ fabulous tourist attractions and are provided with headphones translating in many languages. WiFi included on the bus.

Excellent value for money. Saw every important landmark of Paris at a relaxed pace. Hopped off a few times to see the sights up closer and hardly any waiting time for the next bus to arrive. Polite and helpful drivers too.

There was very little information given on the bus tour itself, with most of the time taken up by annoying, repetitive music. We were hoping for a lot more facts and interesting information about the area, but left very underwhelmed. Very disappointing.

Bus was brilliant to go on to see everything but you buy a 24hour ticket and 915 in the morning till 530 at night is not 24 hours it’s not even 12. Advertise as 24 hours and it’s not Be careful if you want to stop night one it’s extra No pleased

You can activate your ticket in one of two ways: 1. Download the Big Bus app and use your Tour Operator Confirmation Number on this voucher to add your booking and activate your ticket when you are ready to travel. 2. Visit our Big Bus Information Centre. Address: 11 Avenue de l’Opéra, 75001 Paris, or a Big Bus team member at any stop on the route and present your printed or mobile voucher. River Cruise Information (If Included in Your Ticket) Important: You must book a river cruise date before boarding your River Cruise. There are two ways to do this: 1. In the Big Bus app: Once you have added your booking, you will be able access your river cruise ticket to choose a date under ‘Complete Actions’. 2. Online: Visit the Big Bus Paris website and go to the “Manage My Booking”. Enter your Tour Operator Confirmation Number and Last Name and choose a departure date. 3. In person: Present your voucher to a staff member at any Big Bus stop. Our staff will provide you with a river cruise ticket. Cruise Departure Location: At the base of the Eiffel Tower – Boarding Pier 3, near Big Bus Stop #8. Departure Times: Every 45 minutes from 10:30am to 9:00pm. On weekends: Every 30 minutes. Arc de Triomphe (If Included in Your Ticket) You do not need to prebook a date or timeslot, however you will need a ticket to enter. You can access this ticket in three ways. 1.
