So the audio guide on our bus was terrible. Luckily my husband and I had been to Paris before so we were familiar with what we were seeing. However, one out of the other couple had never been to Paris. It was extremely frustrating to have the audio either out of sync with where we were or inaudible.

What a great experience! We appreciated BBT confirmation and recommendation to merge tour tickets using their app. Doing so made our tour seamless. A tiny snag with initial boarding at Notre Dame stop. Those who were purchasing tickets from the driver held up boarding for those who had tickets in hand. Perhaps designated purchase stops/booths would make things go faster. Other than that, we had a fabulous time!

We were in Paris on Monday 20th Oct until 23rd Oct. We did the Big Bus. I was carrying my back pack put under my seat, at our get off point we got of the bus but left my pack After a lot of stress we back tracked to the stop we got off at (my meds were in my bag) and a very friendly driver helped us out. he was mega helpful ringing his mates and found where it was. Can not express how great these drivers were.

The service was interesting and the staff was very polite and service very well delivered. The trip took us to remarkable historic spots, that give Paris a very renown namw.

The Big Bus made exploring Paris with two children (8 & 11) so much easier! My son loves a fact, so he really enjoyed listening to the headphones that are supplied and learning all about Paris. We were able to hop on and off whenever we liked, and the bus stops were very easy to find.

Great ride sometimes recording didn’t sync to locations but otherwise a must do when I. Paris . Bring umbrella or a throw if riding on top.

Good when you have all day to get around and see stuff. Not for fast trips across town. Sometimes you get a seat, sometimes you stand. Depends on the day and the weather. But it’s great for learning about the city if you listen to the commentary.

You can activate your ticket in one of two ways: 1. Download the Big Bus app and use your Tour Operator Confirmation Number on this voucher to add your booking and activate your ticket when you are ready to travel. 2. Visit our Big Bus Information Centre. Address: 11 Avenue de l’Opéra, 75001 Paris, or a Big Bus team member at any stop on the route and present your printed or mobile voucher. River Cruise Information (If Included in Your Ticket) Important: You must book a river cruise date before boarding your River Cruise. There are two ways to do this: 1. In the Big Bus app: Once you have added your booking, you will be able access your river cruise ticket to choose a date under ‘Complete Actions’. 2. Online: Visit the Big Bus Paris website and go to the “Manage My Booking”. Enter your Tour Operator Confirmation Number and Last Name and choose a departure date. 3. In person: Present your voucher to a staff member at any Big Bus stop. Our staff will provide you with a river cruise ticket. Cruise Departure Location: At the base of the Eiffel Tower – Boarding Pier 3, near Big Bus Stop #8. Departure Times: Every 45 minutes from 10:30am to 9:00pm. On weekends: Every 30 minutes. Arc de Triomphe (If Included in Your Ticket) You do not need to prebook a date or timeslot, however you will need a ticket to enter. You can access this ticket in three ways. 1. In the Big Bus app: Once you have added your booking, you will be able access your Arc de Triomphe under ‘Complete Actions’. 2. Online: Visit the Big Bus Paris website and go to the “Manage My Booking”. Enter your Tour Operator Confirmation Number and Last Name and you will be able to access your ticket. 3.
